An email attributed to Sen. John Kerry, the former 2004 Democratic presidential nominee sent out by the Barack Obama campaign, took on those that would 'swiftboat' Obama.
Kerry, saying in the email that "this is personal for me, and for a whole lot of Americans who lived through the 2004 election," tells Obama supporters that "we must stop the swiftboating, stop the push-polling, stop the front groups, and stop the email chain smears.
"The truth matters, but how you fight the lies matters even more. We must be determined never again to lose any election to a lie."
"These are the same tactics the right has used again and again, and as we've learned, these attacks, no matter how bogus, can spread and take root if they go unchecked."

A close associate hints: There’s a secret compartment in Kerry’s briefcase. He carries the black attache everywhere. Asked about it on several occasions, Kerry brushed it aside. Finally, trapped in an interview, he exhaled and clicked open his case.
“Who told you?” he demanded as he reached inside. “My friends don’t know about this.”
The hat was a little mildewy. The green camouflage was fading, the seams fraying.
“My good luck hat,” Kerry said, happy to see it. “Given to me by a CIA guy as we went in for a special mission in Cambodia.”
Kerry put on the hat, pulling the brim over his forehead. His blue button-down shirt and tie clashed with the camouflage. He pointed his finger and raised his thumb, creating an imaginary gun. He looked silly, yet suddenly his campaign message was clear: Citizen-soldier. Linking patriotism to public service. It wasn’t complex after all; it was Kerry.
He smiled and aimed his finger: “Pow.”

I ended up on Baracks list as I was researching all of the candidates with my 11 year old. The e-mails were interesting until I got this, I immediately requested them to stop sending e-mails.
I think they should have notated the e-mail with a barf alert.
Swiftboating?
Do they mean “tell the truth about and expose”? Because that is what swiftboating actually means.
Kerry was not swiftboated. He lied about his military service, and then tried to gain the presidency as a war hero. Kerry spent millions of dollars creating a fake image so he could be elected. The facts showed the lie, and Kerry was defeated. The FACTS . Just the facts, reveal Obama to be a black nationalist politician who went to work as a neocolonialist politician in Africa while he was a sitting US Senator.Obama has close connections with Islamic politicians, some of them Islamofascist in orientation.
Yet the MSM refusing to reveal fact and now that the facts have caused a cescendo of truth on the web, now attempt damage control by saying that Obama is being "swift boated." I say to the truth seekers, " Lay On MacDuff!"
If anyone has detratcted from Obama, it is the MSM who refuse to reveal facts about Obama so they can be discusssed in the open light of day. Thats the way a democracy is supposed to work. The facts!

Obama is hardly the "hope and change" love to all candidate he wants everyone to believe him to be. Why the Lie?Whats being hidden?
Why won't Obama give details about the changes he has planned for America?
Its easy enough to guess that yourself once you look at the facts assembled.
