Carl Cameron says it'll become offical sometime later this week.

Oh well, we're doomed. Let's hope it'll be minimal damage until 2012.

Most aggravating was that the problems they had with him weren’t with his IDEAS, it was because of his LOOKS! So sad.

My problems with Fred weren't with his IDEAS (some of which I liked, and I certainly liked his "southern gentlemen" approach to politics) or his LOOKS (Fred's nothing compared to Mick Jagger or Keith Richards, and yet those two shriveled corpses can still attract attention).

My problem was with Fred's ADRENAL GLANDS. By the end, he'd proved that whatever vision he (might have) had for the country, he lacked the verve to fight for it.

It will be too late to save our America after Hillary gets to appoint a few more left wing Supreme Court Justices. I’m really frightened for my children and grandchildren but I guess her Marxist background doesn’t bother you.

Hillary hasn't won yet, so there's no need to go. And apparently you missed the "If it weren't for the fact that I'm stuck in college" line in my original post.

If Monica Lewinsky’s ex-boyfriends wife gets elected, we might not have a country left.

Thanks for your common sense on this Thompson mania such as it was.

Nobody should get annointed when it comes to the Presidency. Not even Reagan had that luxury. He just didn’t work hard enough...where and when it counted.

don’t you think 9-11 made it our business? Would Ron Paul also say that Hitler was none of our business as well?

And do you think the United States would have won against Hitler with a 'resolution' instead of a declaration of war?

Besides, most Americans at that time didn't want to go to war against Hitler and that was the basis of FDR's campaign, that they wouldn't send their sons to fight again in Europe.

Had Hitler not declared war on the U.S. first, FDR would have been hard pressed to convince Congress to get a declaration against Hitler.

It was probably Hitler's second greatest blunder, next to invading the Soviet Union.

They're so last century.

Yes, enduring them in one century is more then enough!

Fred was imminently capable, he just apparently didn’t entertain the voters enough. Our loss.

Heard a report today that someone high up in the Thompson campaign that the “story” that Thompson was going to endorse McCain was BS started from the McCain camp.

Would Ron Paul ask for an declaration of war against Hitler or would he say that it’s not our neighborhood and none of our business?

I think Romney is hands-down a better choice than Hillary Rodham Clinton. That also applies to any of the Republican nominees.
