Tribute video for Congressman Duncan Hunter, who ended his candidacy for president today.
Thanks US007, for all you did to keep us in the loop and up to speed, let’s try to remember that Reagan didn’t hang it up in ‘76 after losing to RINO Jerry Ford, he came back in ‘80 just in time to flush out that puke Jimmy Carter.
Duncan Hunter has a lot of years left to replicate that Reagan-style comeback.
Hopefully our Republic will still be around.

It has been a pleasure to be a Duncan Hunter supporter. It has been a greater pleasure getting to know some true Americans here on FreeRepublic supporting him as well. His campaign certainly separated the wheat from the sheaf, didn’t it?
I asked to come back to Free Republic last winter after a long absence only because of the bashing and lying about Hunter that I observed. It would do you all good to back off and look and not post once in a while. I hope his good reputation is upheld by his future actions and we will see if he is the patriotic statesman his record and actions have shown thus far. I hope he can continue to serve us in some way. We need him because there just aren’t many like him around.

I'm sorry that Duncan Hunter didn't gain traction. I would have certainly considered voting for him. In terms of true conservatism:
Hunter > Thompson >>>>>>> the RINO gang of Romney, Giuliani, McCain, and Huckabee.

Well, I registered as a Republican just so I could vote for Hunter. I’ve been thinking about it for a few minutes. The way I feel right now, if the media and the GOP is so out of touch and has no intention of giving us something decent to vote for, I say shake it up as badly as ya can. I think I’ll vote for Paul. Let’s see how the illegal aliens fare with a totally dysfunctional government instead of a ‘compassionate’ one to baby them. No matter what happens to the rest of the country or the government I’m going to survive. I think a Ron Paul administration would be fun to watch. It wouldn’t be boring.

Well, we never got to find out did we if it was only 1 %. I sure as hell didn’t get to vote. I and millions of AMERICAN CITIZENS will have no hand in picking this president. Glad that makes you happy.
Just 1% is hundreds of thousands of Americans. They don’t deserve representation according to you. You jump in and bitch when you get what you want about people who get no representation. Be proud.

I also want everyone to remember one thing. This is the only election Duncan Hunter did not win. He certainly would have been re elected in his district. I wonder how many of them can say that?
Wouldn't that be wonderful! But I don't have high hopes for California. Maybe he would have to relocate to another state.
