Today is the day.
rofl, sounds like Fred put one over on the liberal media. At least we get one laugh and a high five for the evening.
Democrat primary is later this month. They hold them on different days in SC
Good for Fred. They want him to play their game? He just did.
:-D
Except for Amy Kellogg, who has brains, looks, and class.
Cheers!
then I guess 60% of Catholics are apostate...btw....you are Catholic for life unless excommunicated.
Obviously got me, too. If it’s MCain or Huckabee in the general, I’ve got a real dilemma.
ROFL. Best line of the nite...
Reagan was a social conservative and O’Connor wasn’t. Bush tried to ram Harriet Miers down our throats.
Huckabee has a record of bipartisan appointments in Little Rock...
(Of course Matthews is always mad...)

Yes. It's sad to see that FR is loaded with "Party Before Conservatism" folks now. It's the old "Establishment" vs. Conservatism fight.
Ron Paul's small-government conservatism is just as scary to the party as Reagan's was...
Smaller and Less-Intrusive Government
Pro-Life
Pro-Second Amendment (INDIVIDUAL right)
Lower Taxes
Strong on borders/immigration (e.g., no amnesty, no anchor babies)
American Independence and Sovereignty
Fiscal Responsibility
Private Property Rights
America-First Foreign Policy
Restoring Free Markers on Energy and Health Care
Health Care Freedom
Pro-Privacy
Etc.
Heck, I don't see the other "conservative" candidates pointing out that it's not the federal government's job to take our money and dole it back to us if we do what they want...for example, the federal Department of Education. Although some others might not be bad as president, at least we see this candidate having long-held, unwavering conservative views.
"Mike Huckabee... sounds like a big government Republican. The only one behaving like a real Republican is Ron Paul, who actually wants to cut spending and get government out of our lives. He won't win the nomination because too many Republican are into handouts and redistribution, just like Democrats.--Cal ThomasOf course, Cal Thomas might want to remember that Ronald Reagan was called "unelectable" and a "kook"... :-)
And for the anti-Ron Paul folks, don't worry...even if he wins, he will be working with a Democrat Congress and there will still be plenty of Big-Government Nanny-State programs that would take a while for President Paul to kill.
This forum will continue to do what it has always done.
FR continues to be the most important (and most read) Political site on the www.
It will keep on fighting the good fight.
In past elections, even the blacks in SC did not vote for the black candidate, but this election is diff since the black candidate actually has a shot. That is why this year there is just no way in hell they will NOT vote for him.
Fred in third at 15%;Romney in fourth at 14% right now.
**picking myself back off the floor**
Surge, FRed, SURGE!!!
Indeed.
It is despicable, first BOR gets away with calling us a hate group, no apology forthcoming.
Those two, and one or two others, is all.

Romney 7,136 15% 0
Paul 1,997 4% 0
