Are they sure this guy didn’t give money thinking that he was indeed donating to a legitimate orphanage? There is such a web of front groups with connections, he may not have known he was donating to a “terrorist” group.

Uh, I clearly stated he WAS conservative when he WAS in Congress from 1981-87. What he is 20 years later is obvious, but when he was in Congress he was very conservative, he was no RINO.
