He has disavowed it, but he did have a record there in voting for it. He did explain why he voted it for it too, but the X should stay there.

He only disavowed some parts (non-specific) and said it didn't work the way it was intended.

If we go on what the candidates say now, rather than their record then we'd have to make Mitt the most conservative of all. Thompson's got a good record other than that one issue.
