In the last few days there were multiple threads on terrorist forums calling for the assassination of President Bush during his coming visit to the Middle East. They are calling for suicide bombers and others to act and kill the President. Most probably those are all empty threats but the terrorist rhetoric on these forums is very dangerous and may be some terrorist who wants to prove himself for his brethren on these terrorists forums may try to commit violent act including the attempt to assassinate President Bush. The danger of these terrorist forums is so great and there must be shut down.
Below is a partial translation about this issue as written on the Ekhlass terrorist forum, the largest terrorist forum on the internet. Basically they are calling the terrorist forums to organize a media campaign of “INFLAMATION” to push some muslims to assassinate President Bush.

Ekhlass and Hesbah are the two largest terrorist forums on the internet and they are hosted by an American Internet Service Provider located in Tampa Florida called NOC4 Hosts/ Hivelcoity.net. Words in Italic are my comments.
The calls for the assassination are kind of unusually high this time. As I said before the chance for the terrorists to act upon it is extremely, extremely small but it only takes one terrorist to act upon the calls.
That's what I'm counting on. If they can bust a MN housewife for 'illegal music downloads' surely they can gather info on such vermin as this.
Yeah I'm just wondering how long a similar website threatening Hillary would stay up. I'm thinkin' BATFE would be there faster than you can say Janet Reno.

Uhhhhh, why do you think the FBI doesn’t have that ISP fully in their sites. Really? Are you really that out of it?
Heck we probably even has the trunk line running right through an FBI/NSA intercept building. This is great intel for them. IP addresses, email addresses, coded messages, insight into the lives of the terrorist.
Get real. The FBI, NSA, CIA, various services intel organizations, etc have a treasure trove that most can only dream of.
Your phone call to “warn them” will be met with a stifled yawn and a “thank you we will definitely look into this”.
Don't be shocked if you hear gigling as you end the call with them.

Assassination would be rather counterproductive. The backlash might lead to a Republican landslide in November. And in the meantime we’d have President Cheney in command. No, I don’t think AQ needs that kind of consequences.
As someone who has an ISP business myself, I would take such a forum down immediately because of the legal ramifications. If I knowingly allowed conspiracy to commit murder discussions on my infrastructure, it would cost me plenty to defend myself, and even then I don’t know that it can be defended.

It seems as if they are letting these forums continue against their own stated policy. It can be that the government watchdogs are keeping these up.
