He can find fault with the others plans but cant present a different plan in a coherant manner. Those of you who are fervently for him are overlooking these inabilities. You obviously haven't been paying much attention to Fred. You can go to his website, Fred08.com , and find his stands on every issue.

You using an argument that you don’t support to buttress one you do is hypocritical. I don’t disagree with your conclusion - I disagree with your use of Elian as a point of argument.

Edwards is left out on the dialog about Change :) That is because he doesn't carry anything less than 100s.

That is a nice view from a Fred supporter, but denies the fact that Romney had the force with him tonight. Best performance in a debate yet. Spin it and spin it, but those are the facts. Dick Morris even said Romney was the one tonight!

Thompson just doesnt seem to be all that excited about running for President and really doesnt have any concrete answers or plans. I like his views more than anyone else, but I dont get the feeling hes going to fight very hard for anything if he wins.Fred doesn't like the silliness that the media has imposed on the candidates; boxers or briefs, pearls or diamonds, etc. , so he's not playing by their rules, and they are miffed at him for it. As for not having concrete answers, you need to go to his website, Fred08.com , too, to check those out for yourself.

But for me tonight it was kind of an El Cid moment with Fred, Sit him up and Duct Tape him to the Chair and ride off to debate. We could give him an eyepatch too.

Romney seems like a nice guy and you know what happens to nice guys. Steve Forbes tried to spend to get the Presidency but to no avail... same will happen to Mitt. He will have a tough time to the finish line... doubtful on the win.

“Fred believed in pro choice and amnesty for illegals at one time. He is a more recent convert to strong stances to both, but somehow you rail on Romney. Romney has been a conservative all his life and attested to by many.”
Romney was also pro-choice and defacto amnesty until a little over a year ago.
To: TheLion
The fact you cite Dick Morris at all proves you are a lightweight. Your boy showed, when confronted with heavy criticism, he can not stand the fire. We all knew the low blows by McCain and Huck were wrong, but Mitt certainly didn’t handle them well, and his ‘stop the name calling’ stuff was equally, if not more, childish in its tone.

The problem is Americans continue to do better and make more. The Democrats want to increase percentages to keep everyone at the same level as the year before.
It's not that hard. Keep taxes at the same percentage year after year and leave the United States alone!
To: SuziQ
You have summarized Fred perfectly. I think we need a like-able curmudgeon and that is Fred....
Just finally have made my choice. Always liked Fred, but waited to look at the field....
Yup... he’s my choice for the primary in Cali...
