I’ve got no problem with a majority of any race as long as they espouse the same economic and social values that I do.
Problem is, as a whole they do not. Of course, the whites here don’t either.
Standards are only for those who can pass tests,

As I see it, the thrust of the article is that there are a lot more students named Shaniqua, and fewer students named Jeffrey. But where the need for classes for non-English speakers comes in, I'm not quite sure ...

I work with Hispanics and even one of Native American descent who REFUSE to classify themselves as Mexican or Native American. The Native American was denied a job promotion and I asked him to challenge it since he was 1/2 Indian. He said his past performance and other qualities should have been the deciding factors, not his ancestry. I have much more respect for him ever since he made that remark.

There’s no mention about private school enrollment. It’s not unusual for the parents (typically white) to remove their kids from failing public schools and put them in private schools where they can get a better education.
Count on it. They’ll all move to your city. When the money and jobs move out, the minority have nothing to stay for.
My first thought upon seeing that was, "Yeah, so what?" Demographics change, and I couldn't care less whether or not I'm part of some racial majority. But looking at those graphs, especially the sharp increase in the Hispanic population in some areas, I'll bet that's not due to birthrate, or even legal immigration.

Gee, I’m shocked. The only people who put their kids in public schools are those who can’t afford to have them educated somewhere else.

Immigration, legal and illegal, are changing the demographics of the country. 60% of the annual 1.2 million legal immigrants are Hispanic and over 90% of the 500,000 to 1 million illegals who enter the US each year are Hispanic. With a population at replacement level, i.e., 2.1 fertility rate, it doesn't take long to change the compostion of a country. In less than 100 years, Hispanics will go from about 1 % of the population in 1950 to 25% of the population in 2050.
