New probe urged for Hillary crimes Charges that if FEC rejects, agency will have 'aided and abetted' in felony

The top donor to Sen. Hillary Clinton's 2000 campaign has filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission asking the agency to re-open an investigation into illegal contributions and to probe alleged continuing violations of the law by the Democratic presidential candidate.
The complaint by business mogul Peter Franklin Paul also asserts the Clinton campaign's 2005 conciliation agreement with the FEC – in which a finance aide was fined $35,000 – effectively let Clinton and other top aides off the hook.
Paul says that unless the FEC sets aside the agreement and rescinds immunity granted the senator, the agency itself will "have aided and abetted in the commission" of a felony.

Well, let’s see, she got away with possibly murdering Vince Foster, looting his office, stealing over $100,000 of government (our) property when she left, futures fraud, theft of almost 1,000 FBI files (she still hasn’t returned them), perjury, suborning perjury, obstruction of justice, Rose law firm records theft. So why would she have to face any charges now?

The FEC failed to conduct a thorough investigation. The new complaint references video evidence that was withheld by the office of a US Attorney. That evidence shows Hillary’s participation in the solicitation of an illegal hard money, in-kind contribution of over a million dollars. The FEC never called key witnesses. The David Rosen criminal trial never called key witnesses. The Senate Ethics Committee let Hillary off the hook by citing the flawed FEC investigation.
A crime has been committed in broad daylight. The only hope we have for justice is that discovery in the civil trial, Paul v Clinton, is going to expose the crimes for all to see. Of course, it takes the press actually writing stories about it. When Bill, Hillary, Chelsea, Gore, Rendell, McAuliffe, Wolfson, Craighead, Cher, Streisand and others are under oath, I suspect someone will finally pay attention.
