I’m wondering if he will take on CNN about their repeating the false reporting from that gal at USA Today; they ran on their ticker last night that Fred said he did not want the Presidency. I anticipate he will say “journalistic malpractice” yet again, and he will be spot on.

When debate teams get cheerleaders, I’ll change my remarks ;-)

Why don’t we just resolve to gain weight and be lazier.

Then we could at least be proud of keeping our resolutions!

Steffie says the issue of trust is an issue with you with Iowa voters.

Hillary doesn’t believe it.

She managed to fit in a cackle.

She says she was intimately involved in what went on. She says she had a lot to do with the Northern Ireland peace. She was entrusted with lots of missions.

(She is such a liar.)

I fear the THING, as well. Sorry for the nausea, but imagine the horror. And now the task before us ... may God bless US.

Off to church, wishing you and us all a safe, healthy and politically secure New Year and White House ! God bless and protect our awesome military.

Fred's on with Woof NOW.

They're talking Pakistan, like they should be. Fred says Pakistan should continue to receive American military aid.

He also rejects the idea that there should be an international investigation of the Bhutto assassination.

Right answer on both counts.

Wow, Hillary admits she didn’t have a national security clearance, but she had access to classified materials all the same.

Well, well...

And she would have prevented the Rawanded genocide, by the way.

Hanretty’s not a liberal, just not a staunch conservative either. And many conservatives have criticized GWB, and rightly so, on immigration, spending and big government.

It’s clear to me that “steady and mature” is at the heart of Thompson’s strategy.

I think he’s relying on all the other guys to twirl themselves into a dither. Then, at some point, the public will “notice” ol’ steady Fred.

And if world events put a scare into voters....

I agree; Fred is clearly the adult in the race. I note he did not use the term “journalistic malpractice” with Wolfie, but he did make clear that the comment was taken out of context which is so typical of the agenda driven media. Both of his interviews today were quite good, imho.

Pretty short interview, but a good one none-the-less.

The primaries are a time of seeking the best candidate we can for out parties. The rats have a variety of con-men--hillary, oblama and the silky pony, any of these guys would make great socialists candidates.

On our side we have:

RuPaul--A peroish whackjob with way too much money.

The "Huckster"-- a semi-slickster who is being artificially kept alive by the DBM in hopes he could lose to their socialist candidate.

tanc--already out

hunter--Soon to be out, destroyed by a lack of name recognition and the DBM whom is desperately scared of Conservatives.

Rudy--still in the running, hardly a conservative, but has that universal appeal and could easily beat the DBMedias biggest gun hillary. The biggest question to be asked about Rudy is how would he govern if elected and no one knows that answer.

Romney--Also still very much in the running. But, despite a brilliant career as a businessman he has more baggage than his handlers can carry. His mandatory health care for Mass.(with fines for those who would not play along) alone, that he was totally behind, is a near impossible track record to overcome. Mot to mention his "forget-fullness" when it comes to accuracy about his record.

Fred--The biggest question mark out there. Many a conservatives dream, but can he overcome a near DBM boycott and the msm jumping on/spinning/lying about every seeming little fopaw? No one knows yet.

McCain--Life support fading fast, he's king of the Rinos and everyone knows it. Even recasting himself as a true blue conservative will not be enough. He savaged his own party so many times we lost count,no hope for him. Who will win, too early to say yet.

And here come the horserace questions. Fred answered well the question about his quote where he said he wasn't interested in running for President.

Talking about his push in Iowa. Fred says there will be no change in strategy, no change in message, no change in Fred. He says we'll see if it works or not, but he's optimistic.

I think he's going about this the right way.

Hillary: “I’m running on my own qualifications.” She goes on with her “vetting” cause all of us bad Pubbies are out to get her.

Hello All.

Two hot items in the Middle East: (1) the Gulf States are on full alert with the events in Waki Paki; (2) Mr. Osama's audiotape will negate the Gulf States wish to re-value their currency vis-a-vis USA dollar.

I guess I won't get a raise this year after all!

Those are killer qualifications in a Republican election plus the fact the silky pony is a major league ambulance chaser who was none to careful about who he took money from or sued, anything for a buck.

But in dem circles it's all about who can achieve power. They are all dirty so that character trait has to be thrown out at the start. It's a different world over there.

Wow, Bhutto's party is running her 19 year old son as her replacement?!

I think dynastic politics is something Pakistan desperately needs to get away from, but if it helps maintain stability until elections, then okay......
