Obama’s staccato way of talking is fast getting on my nerves.

Great wisdom here MM.

While Freepers dissect every word ever mouthed in the entire history of a candidate others are more impressed by a hair style, dress, or "isn"t he handsome" comment. And these people are allowed to vote as well!!

Yeah, he’s gonna have to talk really fast to explain going to the darkest publication on the earth.

After Huck fell on his face enough times he was bound to ask someone to fill him in on enough details that he could make it appear like he knew what he was talking about.

Which he probably doesn’t.

This will hurt Huckabee because there are a lot of people who were looking for someone genuine. Huckabee played himself up as the genuine Christian leader and now that he appears to be scripting his foreign policy knowledge... well... it won’t be pretty.

Thompson’s campaign missed the filing in Delaware.

I can’t vote for him in our Feb. 5th primary. I can write him in but go on....what’s more important than getting your guy on the ballot?

I love Fred but wonder if he really wants the job.

May be NYTimes thought signing up Conservatives might stop their stock hitting rock-bottom fast.

Victor Davis Hanson's funny 2008 prediction: Drudge will aquire NYTimes. :-)

Ugliest comment of the morning on FoxNews Sunday by Chris Wallace: “If Hillary Clinton gets a leg up...” YUCK!

On Mike Wallace’s show, they said Hillary didn’t even have a security clearance when she was first lady!

So much for her hyped foreign policy experience.

Oh and don’t forget, she “visited” Bhutto with Chelsea one year.

Heh.

Great post JM!
Huck has a lot in common with Hillary. The more they are both out answering questions the more they self destruct.

Oh I have no doubt that’s what they had in mind but what will actually happen is that Kristoll will lose his conservative credentials instead and the slimes will just lose a little more of their rat base. Net loss over all for both parties. Quick bucks for Kristoll.

"Romney just gives them too much in flip-flops, prevarications, and his role in the Mormon Church to, with the help of the media, have a field day with."

Legitimate concerns, which is why Fred's my #1. I do think Mitt can handle any trouble. Mitt's actually too nice of a guy in some respects. Whereas Fred or Rudy would tell the media they're flat-out wrong, Mitt would politely try to tell them the same but sugar-coat it so much that one wouldn't really know what he was saying. More fire would be welcomed.

Yeah, he’s gonna have to talk really fast to explain going to the darkest publication on the earth.

Maybe he thinks he can convert a liberal or two, with some pithy remark in one of his columns. It could happen. After all, if there won't any lightning bolts, Saul might have stayed on that donkey the entire trip to Damascus.

Besides, the money is green, just like any other US dollar. And isn't it delicious to realize that he will be draining the coffers faster while the NYT circulation drops?

Fred Thompson's major fault is NOT drafting a credible campaign team. His communications director - Karen Hanretty is actually a liberal, was talking against W until a couple months ago.

It is because of his Campaign Team(& inspite of his team), Fred is where he is today. These ballot things are to be looked after by his team, not by himself - which is impossible.

Interesting factoid: In Iowa, Bubba clinton recently spoke to a crowd of 100; in Iowa Thompson spoke to a crowd of standing room only.

Yes, and I always thought W had crappy ads. And lets not forget the gal who stole the debate notes from his office!
