Thompson’s campaign missed the filing in Delaware.

I can’t vote for him in our Feb. 5th primary. I can write him in but go on....what’s more important than getting your guy on the ballot?

I love Fred but wonder if he really wants the job.

Fred Thompson's major fault is NOT drafting a credible campaign team. His communications director - Karen Hanretty is actually a liberal, was talking against W until a couple months ago.

It is because of his Campaign Team(& inspite of his team), Fred is where he is today. These ballot things are to be looked after by his team, not by himself - which is impossible.

Well, he’s putting in 12-13 hour days in Iowa.

Fred has to carefully pick and choose his battles. He doesn’t have Willard’s personal fortune and can’t cut multi-million dallar checks to his own campaign.

So he has to fight in those states where he figures he has a chance like IA and SC. He has to pass on blue states where he doesn’t have much chance anyway like DE and NH.

What's your source on this? So far I haven't seen anything conclusive.
