Two people have been arrested related to a six person massacre in Carnation, King County Washington.
The two are described as being "in their late twenties or early thirties".
The victims were members of a single household, all members of the same family. A couple in their fifties, a couple in their thirties, and a six year old girl, a three year old boy.
All died of gunshot wounds.
They were discovered this morning when a coworker went to check on the eldest female, a worker for the post office, who was normally very dependable. Her husband was an engineer at Boeing.
This is awful. Happened right down the road from me.

I saw this on Drudge. At first it looks like 6 homicides. We will have to wait and see how this plays out. Not a good thing to happen and during the holidays no less. Just sad.
Arm yourselves.

Looks like the couple arrested was known to the victims.

Without even knowing all the circumstances, I say fry them.
There is NO excuse for gunning down children like that.

I was shocked to hear about this. I used to live in Carnation. Couldn’t quite tell exactly where this happened, but wondered if it was off Tolt Rd. maybe.
And since their saying a postal worker was a victim, I’m wondering if that’s someone from the Carnation post office. Use to pick up my mail every day there.

Ugh. But that’s usually the case in such, I gather. What a horrible thing.
I’ve heard the woman killed was a rural delivery person and worked out of the Carnation post office.
My son’s best friend was one of the two survivors if the Capitol Hill shootings. I cannot understand what gets into the minds of people who do this kind of thing. And why murder little kids?

Pathological, to say the least. I’m suspecting teen boys and a random thrill killing, just due to the way things are these days.
I could be wrong, but either way six people, including two little kids, are dead.
Prayers up.
My initial theory would be that the 6 year old would have known one or more of the killers. Other than that, pure meaness.
Put me down for same as the victims, whatever that might be.
I think most of those at Carnation Post office have changed since I lived there, but I don’t know. That’s an impact on the whole community though.
Wasn't one of the arrestees a 29 y.o. woman, or was I reading the story too quickly?
