FReeper Canteen:

Do You Have the Christmas Spirit?

Since my thread falls on the eve of Christmas Day and the 26TH is a second day in most European countries, where Christmas is celebrated ,I thought that we should find out if we are in the Christmas Spirit.

So Today We Want To Know...

If You Are In The Christmas Spirit.

Click here and take the quiz!

At the last question, choose HTML, then submit, to get your answer.

After you do so, please post your findings in the Canteen!

Have fun!

Good evening, ms b....company just now left. Good company, good food. I need a nap...think I’ll just try to go to bed by midnight. It’s back to work tomorrow.

AND it’s been snowing gently for hours....about 4” so far.

So nice, thank you. In addition to what we gave each other, and what friends sent us, we got presents from many of our neighbors--gave them out, too. Our oldest Dachshund (16 on Dec. 31st) was STILL able to help me open my presents and teach the two youngest Dachshunds (Rocky & Rex 1 1/2 yrs old) how to do so, too. Other than that, we had a quiet day and laughed a lot. It was 76 degrees outside and sunny (my fav!) We sat in the hot tub for a little while and then hubby roasted me a prime rib roast in the Ron Popeil. Our neighbor made us a carrot cake in the shape of a Christmas tree and I used that as my b-day cake.

Mom bought hubby and I dinner out last night, and it was fabulous too. I'm going to have to LIVE on the stationary bike for the next two weeks, ha ha ha! BUT IT WAS GREAT THOUGH!!!!

WHAT ABOUT YOU???

Sounds like a fabulous day!
76 degrees!
*sigh*
I worked today, and then DJ’d for awhile.
It was a pretty quiet Christmas here, but very nice!

Something that I'd like to share.......

I read This Book a while ago.

I just learned a couple of days ago that they have made a movie based on it. I never would have anticipated that.

I'll look for it in a neighborhood near me, but likely I'll just wait for the DVD to become available.

(I put a link into the image, so just click on th image if you are interested)

Canteen? Can I ask some special Prayers?

My childhood friend has been diagnosed with a very rare cancer, surgery has him clean at the moment, his father just died sunday. they had planned to hike big bend national park this week.

Sincerest Prayers Lord for these your children.

Thank you God for the Gift of Grace and Redemption

We miss you Dick
