A JUDGE has labelled a man's rape of a 13-year-old boy "adolescent experimentation" and said the teen and the perpetrator were "both victims".
Judge Michael Kelly's comments come a month after a prosecutor accused him of making inappropriate and disrespectful statements about the sexual assault victim during a plea hearing.
The Melbourne County Court was told that in March 2001 a 24-year-old man began a relationship with a 13-year-old boy.

No doubt that American judges (at least in CA and MA) and at the UN will adopt this
as 'International law', but extend it to 2 year olds, as is their trend.

Oh that’s nothing.
Just a few weeks ago, an Australian judge and a prosector agreed to no sentence for a group of men who gang raped a 10 year old girl. They were all members of the Aboriginal community (which is no excuse) and it was agreed that it was “naughty” and “childish experimentation” and that the girl had “probably consented.” Some of the men were aged 17, 19 and 25, and at least one had previous convictions. And they walked free from the court.
