In his final days as president, Bill Clinton made an agreement with Independent Counsel Robert Ray to have his law license suspended for five years in lieu of disbarment proceedings by the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct.
In the past, when a licensed attorney search was conducted for Bill Clinton, the Arkansas Judiciary website has shown the record of disciplinary action against Clinton. In a search conducted today, the information about Clinton's suspension has mysteriously disappeared.

a roto rooter man
Just like 40 something Clinton "associates"/sigh
Well, isn’t that curious?
Before we start with the conspiracy theories, has anyone checked to see if no-name Arkansas lawyers who got suspended, and whose suspensions have ended, also have these cleared records? This may be standard practice, and not a “Ol’ Boy Special”.
FYI
Good ol' "B.J." strikes again. Appears that this was a perogative of the State of Arkansas. Why did the committee honor this agreement? Aw, never mind. The slug slimes off once more.
These people have no consciences. They will do anything to steal the election just like they steal anything else they can get their vile, filthy hands on.
They care about nothing but their own power and gratification. They are Bad People. They do not belong in civilized society. They are too dangerous to Good People.
Well I suspect this will be remembered whether or not its listed there.
And I really doubt der schleikmeister will practice law anyway unless defending himself.
Compare Clinton's record to this one for "Oscar Stilley", who gets sanctioned on a regular basis (and soon to be disbarred for good) -

The search results show suspensions for Stilley that ended long ago, including links to the case files - but Clinton's record of misconduct is totally expunged.
Can’t even get flies to stick to this turd.
“I did not have a suspension and you can’t prove I did.”
Try again. That suspension is stayed pending appeal. I.e. unless he wins on appeal, he will start the 6 month suspension when the appeal order is handed down. It would make sense to keep the suspension posted in such cases, because otherwise appealing would instantly give the attorney a clear record on public searches, thus giving no warning that the most recent court decision re the attorney is that he is guilty and deserving of a suspension which he has yet to serve. It also gives instant access to the most recent court decision, so that anyone thinking of hiring said attorney during his appeal will be doing so with full knowledge of the situation.
It’s also possible (but less likely) that in the case of a single suspension, the record is cleared at the end of the suspension period, while in cases of attorneys with multiple suspensions the whole record gets permanently restored to public view upon the second one.
Edwin Alford was suspended for a few months for continuing to serve as a judge while his license was suspended for failure to pay his license fee.

Doesn’t appear on his current record.

Is Clinton reinstated? It has been five years.
