Unindicted Duke LAX players sue Duke University

By Tamara Gibbs

DURHAM -- In a filing Tuesday in Federal Court, unindicted Duke Lacrosse players are suing Duke University, the City of Durham, Duke University professors, Mike Nifong and the DNA lab involved in the case.

The suit also names doctors and nurses who treated the alleged victim the night she claimed she'd been raped at a party. The players are also suing City Manager Patrick Baker and former Durham Police Chief Stephen Chalmers. As part of the investigation, the unindicted players had to give up DNA samples and were named in the school paper.

In the 404-page lawsuit, the players say that Duke University, the City of Durham and the other defendants were part of a "conspiracy to railroad 47 Duke University students" based on "the transparently false claim of rape, sexual offense, and kidnapping made by a clinically unreliable accuser." Also in the lawsuit, the players say that the accuser's claim was "taken virtually from her lips and fashioned into a weapon in the hands of those who would leverage outrage."

Exactly...

And further — the Gang of 88-1, have continued to THIS DAY defending their actions and maintaining that “something happened”.....and that they “didn’t intend” to appear as rabble rousing black racists with their documentation, treatment of LAX players in class or on campus or encouraging the “visitation” to campus of the New Black Panthers to INTIMIDATE the players into confessions or turning on the Guilty Team Members....

Right — they were simply “repeating their students concerns” for the anguish they have suffered on campus at the hands of whites...

Well brace yourselves punkies — you’re about to get SERIOUSLY SHAFTED by some young white boy’s lawyers now — and well deserved too...

Another shocking aspect of this - is that the trustees and directors of Duke have done NOTHING in response to the behavior by these leftist, racist professors —— NOTHING...

Duke needs a very serious and all inclusive house cleaning..
Another disturbing aspect — is that Duke “had” a large and respected LAW SCHOOL on campus -— WHERE WERE THOSE DUDES WHILE THIS WAS GOING ON?

WERE THEY MAU MAUed INTO SILENCE?
Despicable cowards... The real lesson in all of this, is to AVOID Duke until they have cleaned up their act, faculty and administration.. It may take decades, at the rate they're going..

I would love to see a documentary interviewing these “educators”. Asking them if they would do anything different, listen to their ridiculous ways of trying to justify their actions, etc...

I sent him this email....

Will you and the other “concerned faculty” be issuing an apology?
Will it be in the form of a press release? A full page newspaper ad?

Don’t you think your rush to judgment hurts claims of true victims?

Why did you assume the woman was telling the truth and/or the men were not?

How does it feel to know you will always be remembered as a fascist?

Actually, I have no sympathy for their lawsuit. (For their legal exhoneration, yes, but for this lawsuit, no.)

If you’re gonna play with fire sometimes you get burned.

And if you’re gonna hire a stipper/hooker to entertain, then recognize the freakin’ risk. It’s an oldest profession full of unstable people. News Flash: some of them are liars, cheats, and psychos.

Win or lose, I don’t really care. I’ve got no sympathy for the liberal fiefdom that is Duke U and surrounding territory. They deserve to get their chain yanked, too.

Wish the rest of us could sue all of them for stupidity.

Let them sue, but make the Jury watch this movie before awarding damages:
