Golly, I have a new tag line. Me too! At least for awhile. Paul should go in the tagline/TShirt business.

...even though Paul backtracks on whether it's a fair assessment or not.Backtracks?
That's pure Clintonism, like the flying monkey a few days back who said the Clinton campaign would never want to make an issue with Obama of cocaine use.
Slimy tactic.

Its not hard to figure out why CNN would like to see a third-party candidate drawing away votes from the Republican nominee.
The thing is though he would not draw any votes away from the Republican nominee. He is a blame America first white flag waving coward who is intent on losing the WOT. I find it hard to believe he will pull any votes from a Republican. It is the democrats that like that type of candidate.

Listen to Ayn Rand’s speech “The New Fascism: Government by Consensus.” It’s a real eye-opener. While many on this forum may disagree with her, you’ve got to hand it to her because she points out, in the 1960’s no less, that it’s already practically here.

Same here, we found out they were put up by three people, two college students (not even from the US, one from Canada, one from Taiwan) and the local head of Democrats United.

Well, well, well. Patriotism and Christianity are bad now.No. He's simply pointing out that when it comes, it will be on the back of a candidate hiding it under a veneer of patriotism and Christian values. The "bad guys" know there are mass numbers of people who think anyone preaching "God 'n' guns" is automatically good, and anyone running against that person is automatically bad.
And you're proving Ron Paul right.

Well, historically, Christianity has not been associated with fascism very closely. Hitler invented his own religion based on mythology and pagan traditions to replace Christianity as the new Nazi religion. Fascism worked well in many Arab counties however during the nazi period. Communism is another style of fascism in my opinion with the state being substituted for one figurehead in many cases. It also relies on minimizing Christian beliefs or replacing them with something else.
On the other side of the coin, you have the old saying that religion is the last refuge of a scoundrel. So the way I take that, is when someone who has not been very religious in the past suddenly takes on an extremely religious stance after being caught with his pants down, thats why! Sort of like when Hillary Clinton starts talking religion.
