Former President Bill Clinton and retired basketball star Earvin "Magic" Johnson will be in Davenport on Tuesday to campaign for Hillary Clinton.
The ex-president has been a regular on the campaign trail, but this will be the first time that Johnson, who played for years for the Los Angeles Lakers, will have hit the hustings in Iowa for U.S. Sen. Clinton.
The two men will be at Davenport Central High School for a 10:30 a.m. event, according to the Clinton campaign. Clinton and Johnson are making stops in Davenport and Waterloo. Clinton will then continue on to Hampton and Fort Dodge.
This will be the second time the former president has stopped at Central. He made an appearance there in 2000 while pushing for increased federal spending for school repairs.
Was it not Magic Johnson that bragged about having sex with thousands of women and then admitting he had AIDS? How many women did he infect? I’m sure the local High School will be happy to know Magic is supporting a president that thinks Oral Sex is not Sex. I’m sure that the principle of the school will welcome these sex deviates.

i don’t think that he was the one who claimed the thousands of conquests, but yes he’s HIV+
and i don’t know how the IA school will react but in the eyes of the local high school he graduated from, he can do no wrong. they have a shrine to him on the gym wall.
that school is going downhill fast too. jesse jackson was there for a “mandatory” assembly not too long ago.
