Rudy Giuliani has female problems - poll (tax-paid mistress, dumped wife-kids, termed "rotten")

--SNIP--Giuliani's messy personal life is a big turnoff to women voters....causing the public humiliation of his second wife, tax-paid bodyguards for his girlfriend and a frosty relationship with his kids: It all makes wives and moms around the country skeptical of putting him in the White House. "If he can't control his personal life, I just don't see how he can control the country," said a Lucas, Kan housewife.

Fifty % of women overall - and 48% of GOP women - said that Giuliani dumping second wife Donna Hanover at a 2000 press conference would make them less likely to vote for him. "Rotten" is a word that came up again and again in interviews. "I thought that was lousy. He should have gone to her first.....If anyone was cheating on me, I wouldn't want to hear it from anybody else - especially not the press, said an upstate resident."

Some said Giuliani's assigning taxpayer-funded bodyguards/drivers to his girlfriend while his wife was still NYC's First Lady was even worse. "That's ridiculous! What was he thinking?" While the collapse of Giuliani's second marriage arouses strong feelings on all sides, women see the Clinton marriage through a partisan prism. Hillary's motivations for staying married were skewed strongly by party....Democrats saying it was for love, Republicans for ambition. 569 female registered voters were surveyed.....with a margin of error of 4.1%.

He was a highly imperfect husband, but I think that her ego also had alot to do with it.

I imagine a lot of women whose husband has so publically cheated on them would react the same way she did.

Rudy's a loser. The GOP should dump him quick.

Your example just shows that this man has no business making appointments for this great country of ours.

Giuliani's ONE AND ONLY public recommendation to President Bush for high office (head of Homeland Security)--his buddy, Bernie Kerik--sure turned out well too!!!../s

Thanks, Rudy.

“Not surprising that someone from the Old Garbage Dump aka Palermo-on-the-Arthur-Kill would come out for Rooty. LOL!”

Wow. What a zinger. I feel dwarfed by your soaring intellect and rapier-like wit. You really shut me up.

Yes, yes. Palermo-on-the-Arthur-Kill; I get it, I get it. The Old Garbage Dump, too. Hysterical! Good stuff, Clemenza!

Now if you send me your address, I’ll send you a couple of twenties to pay next week’s room rent at the SRO. No drinking it up, now - I’ve warned you about that!

Yes, my run down SRO in the ghetto of Lawrenceville, NJ, just a stones throw from the Governor's mansion in Princeton.

So, how you like that smell of bad cologne, hairspray, and rotting garbage. ;-)

Rudy Giuliani has female problems...

Has his doctor suggested that he consider a hysterectomy?
