Rudy Giuliani has female problems - poll (tax-paid mistress, dumped wife-kids, termed "rotten")
DAILY NEWS ^ | Sunday, December 16th 2007 | HELEN KENNEDY, DAILY NEWS STAFF WRITER

--SNIP--Giuliani's messy personal life is a big turnoff to women voters....causing the public humiliation of his second wife, tax-paid bodyguards for his girlfriend and a frosty relationship with his kids: It all makes wives and moms around the country skeptical of putting him in the White House. "If he can't control his personal life, I just don't see how he can control the country," said a Lucas, Kan housewife.

Fifty % of women overall - and 48% of GOP women - said that Giuliani dumping second wife Donna Hanover at a 2000 press conference would make them less likely to vote for him. "Rotten" is a word that came up again and again in interviews. "I thought that was lousy. He should have gone to her first.....If anyone was cheating on me, I wouldn't want to hear it from anybody else - especially not the press, said an upstate resident."

Some said Giuliani's assigning taxpayer-funded bodyguards/drivers to his girlfriend while his wife was still NYC's First Lady was even worse. "That's ridiculous! What was he thinking?" While the collapse of Giuliani's second marriage arouses strong feelings on all sides, women see the Clinton marriage through a partisan prism. Hillary's motivations for staying married were skewed strongly by party....Democrats saying it was for love, Republicans for ambition. 569 female registered voters were surveyed.....with a margin of error of 4.1%.

A mind-searing poll was taken when Rudy's son Andrew outed his father as an absent Dad ruled by a shrewish third wife who orders him to stay away from his children.

At the time, an astounding 88% of those polled had a negative reaction upon hearing Rooty did not attend Andrew's graduation. And when Rooty recently atttended his daughter's graduation, he sat far apart from his son; the kids did not even invite him to join them or to attend family festivities.

Rooty's children (who do not use their father's last name) remember all too well how Rooty dumped them and their mother to be with his mistress (now his third wife) and maliciously tried to put them out on the street.

With his mistress waiting in the wings, then-Mayor Rudy actually called a press conference to publicly announce his separation from his second wife EXCEPT THAT HE HAD NOT BOTHERED TO TELL HIS THEN-WIFE, DONNA HANOVER, THE MOTHER OF HIS CHILDREN BEFOREHAND.

Rudy's savagery against his family knew no bounds---he then publicly announced he wanted to "divide the mayoral home" in two, one side for his wife AND one side for his mistress---a transparent ploy to force his wife and children into the streets.

Public documents indicate Hanover was forced to go to court to declare Gracie Mansion the marital home to keep a roof over her children's head. The judge acquiesced to Hanover's plea.

Thwarted but not defeated, Rudy moved in with a happily civil unioned gay couple while his wife fended off relentless Rudy's vindictive efforts to ditch her and his kids.

On Mother's day 2000, while still married, Rudy maliciouly paraded his mistress up and down Second Avenue for newspaper pictures. The evilness of this marital betrayal astonished even blasé New Yorkers.

But Giuliani's malovelent vendetta against his wife and children was still not sated. Public documents indicate Rudy cut the security detail his wife, thus endangering the mother of his children......and provided government-paid security detail to his mistress (some seven NYPD officers and cars at her beck and call 24/7). Since Rudy was still married, his mistress had no official duties (unless you consider getting Rudy sexually blitzed an "official duty".)

It was recently uncovered that Rudy hid the considerable government expense for his mistress in obscure city agencies deliberately out of sight of taxpayers. Judy also got NYPD escorts to visit her parents in Penn.

Giuliani's memory is undergoing an Extreme Makeover but he's still deaf, dumb and blind. He ran around NYC like a chicken with his head cutoff, grabbing guns, worshipping abortion, indulging himself with mistresses (soaking taxpayers for the expenses), surrounding hmself with crooks and lowlifes like Kerik, assorted child predators, and other losers.

Republican PTB should get with it and dump this RINO---with Rudy in the race, Repubs are looking at another Nov 2006 debacle.

I will never forget the day Rudy was inaugurated as Mayor. His wife Donna stood there and laughed as his out-of-control son stood in front of the podium and mocked every word of his father’s speech. She was all about herself and it showed. Later interviews about the importance of her career, etc., were embarrassing to watch. One could understand why he left her and even why he first told her on live television. He was a highly imperfect husband, but I think that her ego also had alot to do with it. Either way, the son fell through the cracks and I would blame her as much, if not more, than him.

So why did he leave wife #1 (the cousin)?

Your example just shows that this man has no business making appointments for this great country of ours. A spouse is the most important “appointment” a person could make. He chose very poorly. I can only imagine what kind of freak he would appoint to the SCOTUS

Julie Annie has INTEGRITY problems. (And corruption problems, and constitutional problems etc.)....NOT female problems.

The poll was not surprising to many women.

It aimed to put a face on women voters and why they will not vote for a man who publicly humiliated his wife, and dumped her and his kids, in order to carry on with a bimbo.

The poll was timed to fathom disgust women have with revelations Rudy used government funds to pork his mistress while paying the the NYPD to stand around and watch him satisfy his sexual urges.

The final insult was Rooty hiding the payouts in obscure city agencies to keep it from taxpayers.

Sounds like a marriage from Lucifer's dreams. There are many such marriages about. Unfortunately, Giuliani carries a good deal more baggage than that. It's just one more reason he might think of another line of work and leave presidential politics to those that have a real shot at the big prize.

Also, if Giuliani were to get the nomination, the MSM would not spend any time explaining why a press conference is the place for such an announcement. No, any "in depth" analysis would ask how an otherwise functioning adult could show the flawed judgement as to marry such a wench in the first place.

Sure Rutsy had lousy judgement as mayor---but according to him, he is suddenly trustworthy enough to sit at the levers of the federal government.

Giuliani's memory is undergoing an Extreme Makeover but he's still deaf, dumb and blind. He ran around NYC like a chicken with his head cutoff, grabbing guns, worshipping abortion, indulging himself with mistresses (soaking taxpayers for the expenses), surrounding hmself with crooks and lowlifes like Kerik, assorted child predators, and other losers, kicking out people like Chief Bratton who dared to stand in Rooty's spotlight........and now he expects voters to forget all that.

Course Rooty's global businesses stand to profit mightily if he and his handlers ever get their greedy hands on the federal budget.

That pardon pen of Rooty's would be working overtime---- Rooty's itchin' to pardon Kerik b/c Kerik is Tooty's obedient yes-man. Rooty wants Kerik in the Homeland job awful bad.

Sorry, Rooty.......get yourself another life.

Yes. A NY Daily News "article" by Helen Kennedy.

Fair and balanced. ROTFLMAO.

Look, there are many ways to cite Rudy's negatives, but 99.9% of the "articles" written by Helen Kennedy would be laughed at as loony-left, anti-American, mega-barf drivel at this forum.

For goodness sakes, let's try to keep up appearences, shall we? I'd much sooner see you post your own opinion as a vanity before being subjected to Ms. Kennedy's work.

Personally, I'm of the mind that the left-wing MSM will work hardest to destroy the candidates they fear, and remain silent on the ones they relish as opponents.

As Rooty "humbly" said at the Iowa debate: "I'm just a really great 9/11 guy, a 9/11 hero who made a lot of mistakes, but everything was revealed and transparent in my hugely successful 9/11 mayoralty when I smashed the Mob, Wall Street fraud, taxes, crime, squeegee men and litter 9/11."

Too bad Rooty missed the signals about the terror attack----to Rooty, getting sexually blitzed was more important.

The WTC had already been attacked but Mayor Rooty placed a prime terror target--the city's emergency response center--in the WTC, which was just around the corner from his mistress.

I'm not sure what you're getting at. Is it that you think Rootie is NOT and anti-gun pro-abortion, special rights for gays, guy who had more problems keeping it in his pants than slick Willie, and used taxpayer funds to facilitate his adulterous relationships? Or is it just that you object to this being brought up repeatedly?

I don’t think either Guiliani or Huckabee have much of a shot in the general election.

Okay SI, so you don't want any more negative Rooty articles posted unless they come from the RNC or say ... Rooty's Campaign Staff, is that about it?

Frankly. I think it’s an excellent idea to wait for Rooty’s campaign to release negative articles about himself....after all, who knows better than Rooty where all the bodies are buried?

ROTFLMSO.
