Mr. and Mrs. Clinton simply do not have "it" any longer.
Further hurting them is the blogs and the like can expose any illegal or harmful intimidations they could slide by back in the last century.

I’m on the record as not believing any of this. The race was boring...it’s never good to have a candidate that has the title of “inevitable” to him...the Clintons needed to make her look like she can face adversity and come back. None of the things that the press termed terrible blunders were even NEAR terrible blunders. Oprah gave them the perfect opening to make it look like she’s slipping. I don’t believe she is. The Dems don’t want Obama. The know he’s a sure loser. This makes NO sense.
What a fanfare the press will make when sure rises in the “polls.” Let’s see...what will her catchphrase be? WONDER WOMAN?

Call me crazy, but I find it difficult to believe that a political veteran like Bill Shaheen would make such strong statements about his candidates opponent, without being authorized and directed to do so by the candidates inner circle, or perhaps by the candidate herself. If my analysis is correct and indeed Mr. Shaheen was directed to do this by, say, Mr. or Mrs. Clinton, only to have the Clintons tender his resignation after the tactic blew-up in Mrs. Clintons face, then this would seem consistent with some of the worst things we know about the Clintons. They are no strangers to brazen political tactics, but worse yet, they are often highly hurtful and destructive to the closest and most loyal people around them. ![](http://www.nypost.com/seven/12162007/photos/news005.jpg)

Poor lil 'ol us. Yes, its always been about THEM. They are like the villains you see in the soap operas. They never, ever go away. Although we wish the Clintons did get out of our sight.

Has anybody in the media actually confirmed that Barack Obama actually smoked pot, and that was the extent of his drug use?
Maybe it's just the Clinton fatigue talking, but if this politician admits to something and nobody checks it out, how do we know he didn't just make it up to look cool, or admit to this to omit something worse that nobody will look into now?

...on Wednesday, heavyweight New Hampshire Hillary campaign operative Bill Shaheen told the Washington Post that, if he were to become the Democratic nominee for President, Obama would be constantly nagged about his past marijuana usage, and therefore would be a liability to the party. Shaheen did not say "marijuana" but rather said "drugs". That is very different. "Drugs" includes cocaine.
