Prayers please (update at #80)
me
Posted on 12/12/2007 10:40:08 AM PST by the lastbestlady
I've never posted a vanity before so I apologize in advance.
My husband could really use some prayers. It looks as if he may have contracted MRSA (the 'super-staph' infection everyone is talking about)He is in poor health anyway, so this is pretty serious for him.
I am taking him to the hospital in a few minutes. Any and all prayers would be deeply appreciated.

He can beat this thing, even in poor health. My mother contracted MRSA a couple of years ago when she was 88. She too was in poor health, but a long course of a powerful anti-biotic delivered intravenously pulled her out of it. She is still doing ok today. Our prayers are with you guys.

Just to let you know, my husband got MRSA after an operation and they didn't find it until three weeks later. They put him in the hospital and flushed him with strong antibiotics for three days and now he is fine.
My prayers for you husbands quick recovery too.

God be with you. My brother-in-law had it, it was tough to get over but he’s ok now. Good luck and again, God bless.
