Environmentalist wackos aren't pleased with this sudden reversal, better to have the planet begin to boil as our long as moonbat politics can be preserved, implemented as a cudgel to bash a whole host of special interests, mega corporations, government policies.
The dynamics in which the Earth is under constant barrage is not very well understood, the time span of any definitive scientific conclusion measured in eons.
So while, the recent phenomena of re-freezing has been observed, notice how it is still reported with the mandatory "weasel words" employed, yes, but to rail otherwise.

No kidding. It’s happening here in NY. Ice and snow everywhere.
What do they expect from an area that’s in the dark for almost half the year at a time?
Ice and snow melt in the summer and refreeze in the winter. Imagine that.
What a bunch of morons.

I find it interesting that these geniuses believe they can predict the weather eons in advance, but can’t seem to tell me with any accuracy whether or not it’s going to rain three days in advance.

Yesterday I read about how the penguins are dying because global warming is melting the ice they live on. If its Global Warming, why is the ice freezing faster to the north and not to the south?

Global warming is causing the ice to form. The polar bears will freeze, and the oceans will retreat, causing harbors to become landlocked. Time to panic.

Key phrase: “Many factors...poorly understood by scientists.”
Any honest climate reseacher realizes that the climate is exceedingly complex, with many poorly understood variables and interactions between them. Al Gore and the IPCC are spouting simplistic hogwash (also “the world’s leading climate scientist”, James Hansen who is just groveling for grant money).

Obviously the freezing is being caused by global warming, which also just happened to have first caused the thaw.
All because of Co2.
We're all doomed.

Polar bears which swam to their northern limits are now icelocked away from any food sources. Millions of them are doomed to die as they try to walk back to the sea.

This is why Al Gore is ramping everything up. When he first started all this crap, he said we only have ten years left. Then he reduced it to five years and now, in Bali, he wants to get his ideas in place within two years. Time is running out for him to make more money. Follow the money and you’ll understand his time lines.

The record melting of Arctic sea ice observed this summer and fall led to record-low levels of ice in both September and October, How could this be? My shore house didn't float away. Is Algore lying about the consequences of a polar meltdown?
