[I waited 45 seconds and actually posted something substantial--Ed.]
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. At least four people were shot outside of a Colorado Springs church on Sunday, but it was not immediately known whether the shootings were related to an earlier shooting about 70 miles away, authorities said.

Improvised explosive device, a term that could be anything thats lashed together and can go boom, including two firecracker held together with a rubber band. ~~~ Aint no tellin what it is at this point... Yeah. It also covers what the nutjob at Clinton's Headquarters in NH was wearing too.

Because my mind doesn’t revolve around acronyms for explosives.
It has other things, and acronyms, for which I need to pay attention.
sheesh.
It’s really not a big deal that someone doesn’t know something that you do.
That said, I bet there’s plenty of acronyms and facts about which I know and you’ve never heard of.

Also, it's bad form for her to be saying "Shoot this..." I had the same reaction.

Sounded like he stated that some object next to him had been shot and he didn't know how he could have been hit considering the angle.
Probably shrapnel...

I think he got hit by a ball fragment of the bullet going through the pew or something.

It sure ain't intellectual stimulation I tune in to her for.
To: Balata
thought he may have been hit with a pellet (ie shot gun) but he seemed very confused. He did say he saw an assault rifle being caried by the shooter. Airsoft?

I generally try not to use acronyms or slang. I think it’s an exclusionary practice of “communication”.

A witness inside of the church said automatic weapon. He said he was hit with something like shot, but didn’t see any shotgun.
To: GOP_Proud
Not really. That guy had flares strapped to him - no bomb device at all. An IED, while it may used many different types of components, if it is a real bomb, it qualified (improvised explosive device). Flares are not explosive devices.
To: dawn53
Yeah, well, the MSM was saying the first plane to hit the WTC was some type of navigational accident up until literally the very second of the second plane hitting too.
When it comes to Christians, they will do anything to avoid the obvious.

Improvised Explosive Device...Bomb...Why say bomb when you can say Improvised Explosive Device. I wonder if bomb threats will become Improvised Explosive Device threats.
To: dawn53
Perhaps the shooter was turned away, because he looked like a terrorist?...
