Postage is a huge expense when sending care packages. FReepmail on the way.

First you need a Customs Declaration Form.
These are available from the Post Office.
Normal air postage is 16.50.
Flat rate for less than 20 pounds is 8.50.
All you're doing is paying the postage to the Army's NY package center.

Do you have any idea how I find the Pensacola location?
I’m heading over for a mid-afternoon concert - I could go early and drop off a bunch of cards. What a great day. Support the troops in the AM, and listen to some great Christmas music in the afternoon.
Thanks in advance.

My friends in Wesley Chapel actually work for the Post Office. At their own personal expense they have a warehouse next to the Post Office where they work their day job. At night, and every spare moment, they or volunteers pack boxes with a harvest of love gifts from selfless patriots. The boxes are of all sizes, and are typically to fulfill specific requests of need. StarBucks donates coffee beans, and the beans are freshly ground before shipment to our soldiers.

My daughter was at the Rally in Tampa and had her grandson who is 6 along with her.
As she was speaking to me from the Rally on her cell phone, she asked Gold Star mom Debbie Lee to talk to me. That was such a thrill to be speaking to Debbie and she was so nice.
The little grandson didn’t want to leave the Rally and I think they must be there yet.
To: Gosh I love this neighborhood
Thanks for the report! Debbie Lee’s son gave his all so that we could continue to live free.

I have a box of cards from the kids at the elementary school near me. Where do I send them in New York? They must be sent tomorrow if they are going to get there in time.

This remines me of my days at Tyndall AFB when I was at Wetstone Control. Seems like another lifetime ago.
The F106 was one bad ass interceptor.
