First you need a Customs Declaration Form.
These are available from the Post Office.
Normal air postage is 16.50.
Flat rate for less than 20 pounds is 8.50.
All you're doing is paying the postage to the Army's NY package center.

My friends in Wesley Chapel actually work for the Post Office. At their own personal expense they have a warehouse next to the Post Office where they work their day job. At night, and every spare moment, they or volunteers pack boxes with a harvest of love gifts from selfless patriots. The boxes are of all sizes, and are typically to fulfill specific requests of need. StarBucks donates coffee beans, and the beans are freshly ground before shipment to our soldiers.
