It must be VERY different. Its hard to believe, but we were doing that cooking and drinking SEVENTEEN years ago this month!
It's change dramatically since my last sojourn in 2003. The country is made dramatic progress in social liberalization. In four months, I haven't seen one Matawa. A better selection of books, magazines and movies is available. Tons of red tape has been slashed to promote capitalism. If the King gets his way, Saudi Arabia will be a giant Dubai. Unfortunately, the press highlights all the stupid parts of the culture; they can't see the real progress going on.

Of course Wolfpup doesn’t want to talk about something substative like his Networks Debacles. Like how all those Plants got past your paid “screeners”, but not past the FReepers.

Oh, and listens to Rush. Probably a Rush 24/7 subscriber.
My first thought was they are now racing to see what is on this guy's radio dial.

..That must be nightmare ensuring that you get the required terminal/departure lounge on time if the monitors are not working correctly.
Not so tough, you just follow the crowd in line to see where everyone is going. We either all get on the right airplane or we all miss it.

So glad W won for two reasons...congrats on quitting! It does seem strange that they let her appear on the show hacking away week after week.

Johnnie, there is a little rule I like to call Massas Law that states as follows: Any man who changes party affiliation from Republican to Democratic will immediately forfeit all knowledge of foreign policy.
(Its named after MoveOn.org darling Eric Massa, a former Navy pilot turned surrender monkey who ran for Congress in my district in 06 as a former Republican.)
Massa Law. Hmmm I will have to remember that. Great post!

I believe they have to get special permission to do so.
I would love to see how the US Embassy in Riyadh would react to a request for a second passport. My guess: every security agent there would grill me like the steak on my George Foreman.

Interesting to note that the DUmmies are in a tizzy over the fact that Teh Rove uses an iPhone...one even making the comment that it will now cause him to not buy one.
Maybe they will take the Apple store off of their “Buy Blue” lists so I can shop there in peace.

"Fred Smith swings quite a bit of weight in Memphis and America." True, I was referring to his relevance as a guest on a national talk show weeks away from a front loaded primary vote.

Giuliani on Meet the Press next week. Considering how fluid the race has gotten over the last couple weeks, the timing could make this a very risky move on his part. It also carries a considerable upside for him if he does well.He will do well. He always does because he is genuine.

Interesting to note that the DUmmies are in a tizzy over the fact that Teh Rove uses an iPhoneOnce again proving that liberals base their economic decisions on emotion, rather than quality and rational judgment. All the more reason we need to get back the House and Senate. We can't afford to keep the liberals in charge.
