CNN Fails to Mention Retired Gay General’s Endorsement of Hillary (Author Hat-Tips FReepers)

CNN, as part of its Republican debate with YouTube, failed to mention that retired general Keith Kerr, who announced he was gay after his retirement from the Army, is a member of Hillary Clinton’s "LGBT Americans For Hillary Steering Committee." Not only did General Kerr ask the question via a YouTube video, but he was also present in the audience, and got to ask the candidates for a "straight answer" (pardon the pun).

General Kerr’s, whose question came 47 minutes into the 9 pm Eastern hour the debate, is also part of the Servicemembers’ Legal Defense Network's advisory council, an organization "dedicated to ending discrimination against and harassment of military personnel affected by "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" and related forms of intolerance"

Host Anderson Cooper first directed Kerr’s question to California Congressman Duncan Hunter, followed by responses from Mike Huckabee and Mitt Romney. Cooper then asked Kerr if he was satisfied by those who had answered his question, and was given a minute to address the candidates. Senator McCain then replied to Kerr’s question.

A full transcript of the exchange will be posted ASAP.

Somehow every freak and misfit eventually winds up in either Hillary’s or Osama’s campaign.Don’t they know that it’s understood that every freak supports them and it’s normal productive people that they have have to win over?

CNN gets another Dem supporter in there without any disclosure. Isn’t it amazing that the GOP will go on CNN after repeated crap like this and the Dems are afraid to talk to anyone on Fox other than Chris Wallace.

The real reason openly homosexual servicemen won’t be accepted is they make most men’s skin crawl. Speaking personally and based on my sense of other straight men, most don’t seem to care much about lesbianism but the idea of homosexual men makes most of us want to puke.

Stupid Republicans. Why did they agree to a CNN debate in the first place? The Dems won’t go on Fox.

The visual is disgusting not to mention the fact that it has nothing to do with life, yet everything to do with death.

This would be funny, if it weren’t so serious.

Earlier today, I asked a rhetorical question. The Dems all refused to go on Fox News and settled for CNN, which hillary now controls. Hillary calls all the shots, chooses who will be in the audience, blackmails the host, puts her own stooges on as “independent” panelists, writes the questions beforehand and gives them to her campaign workers to ask, and so forth.

Why do the Republicans let CNN run THEIR debate, when they know CNN is the enemy? I said that it was predictable that hillary would run their debate, too.

And it seems that she did. Bogus questions, unfavorable lighting and camera angles for the candidates she most fears, unfriendly hosts. Good grief, why do the Republicans let themselves get suckered like this?

Anderson just closed his show by saying that they found a press release about this but didn't know if he was still on Hill's payroll, but that if they knew this he would not have be so prominently feartured.

Right.

Wouldn’t it have been cool if a Republican had known this and called him out! I think I would have skipped the “I thank you for your service” part!
