There's a reason I call them the Black KKK. The pain, the fear and the destruction are all the same.
Someone who loved Sean Taylor is crying right now. The life they knew has been destroyed, an 18-month-old baby lost her father, and, if you're a black man living in America, you've been reminded once again that your life is in constant jeopardy of violent death. The Black KKK claimed another victim, a high-profile professional football player with a checkered past this time.
No, we don't know for certain the circumstances surrounding Taylor's death. I could very well be proven wrong for engaging in this sort of aggressive speculation. But it's no different than if you saw a fat man fall to the ground clutching his chest. You'd assume a heart attack, and you'd know, no matter the cause, the man needed to lose weight.
Well, when shots are fired and a black man hits the pavement, there's every statistical reason to believe another black man pulled the trigger. That's not some negative, unfair stereotype. It's a reality we've been living with, tolerating and rationalizing for far too long.
When the traditional, white KKK lynched, terrorized and intimidated black folks at a slower rate than its modern-day dark-skinned replacement, at least we had the good sense to be outraged and in no mood to contemplate rationalizations or be fooled by distractions.

Actually the police said today this shooting has all the appearance of a random act. Who knows?
I bet she knows a lot more than she’s telling.
i also recall one of his columns posted all over my station house in the past year or so. not sure what is was about. maybe the sean bell case. but everyone at work loved it.
I rented a resort property a few years back that had a very sophisticated security system. The damn thing kept going off and we couldn’t figure out why. It was a very large house and it scared us to death. We ended up calling the security company patrolling the resort and had them shut it down completely.
Agreed. Jason Whitlock always manages to cover so much more than sports in his articles.
Thanks, I didn’t know the exact percentace so I low balled it, but you get the idea.
” ..... if you’re a black man living in America, you’ve been reminded once again that your life is in constant jeopardy of violent death.”
Sorry I couldn’t make it past this absolutely ridiculous statement.
The motion detector can be a source of pain with home security systems. Had to turn it off because the cat set it off. Now my motion detector is a .45 auto.
Jason Whitlock ruffling MSM feathers once again...
Well, there’s plenty of times when the cops say the husband is not a suspect- until they arrest him a week later. They do it to make him think they believe his story and to keep him talking.
Could be related to his beating almost to death an innocent man a while back whom he “thought” had stolen his car.......
Possibilities are endless with is guy IMO.

I’m missing something... why does he think this is racial?
If its not racial why compare it with the KKK?
Motion is a complete pain in the arse so I never use it anyway.
I have a very simple system by Wells Fargo, it’s now monitored by American Alarm. Sophisticated systems are OK but in most cases are overkill and like you, many people get frustrated trying to figure out how to operate the damn things.
Had I owned the property, I would have gotten detailed lessons on how to operate the system. These systems must cause problems everywhere.
There is a black form of the KKK....its called the NAACP.
That’s why I have my “Yankee Fist” at ny beck and call 24/7.
Right, but don’t forget the robbers at the Rainbow Kids for JJ.
Jesse Jack$on and the NAACP Will have a cow over this
Jason Whitlock nails it again. His comments are dead on. I am no sports fan at all. Too much drug dealing, vulgarity, womanizing, and general violence, and thats just the way most of them treat their mothers and sisters. I am a huge fan of Jason Whitlock a black man who tells it like it is. Without fear he gets right into the true problem. This behavior is so common among overpaid sports figures. I call them cry babies. This behavior is also common among black rappers and music producers. And it is getting worse everyday. The general feeling that sudden wealth gives you the right to break all the laws. This type of behavior and lifestyle must be stopped.
