WAUWATOSA, Wis. -- A melee at a Kmart store in Wauwatosa Saturday morning was started by a computer glitch.
The store was running a promotion in which it would give away $10 to anyone applying for its credit card, but the computer glitch led to everyone's application being granted -- bestowing up to $4,000 in instant credit to anyone who applied even if they shouldn't have qualified.
Once word started to spread about the so-called "free money" Saturday, witnesses said things got pretty nuts inside the Wauwatosa store.
"They were having a big fight. Two ladies was jumping a lady over credit cards," witness Sylvester Wilson said.
Nearly a dozen Wauwatosa squad cars responded to the call just before 11 a.m. Saturday for what was called a large fight in progress.

I feel the same some days about my cat. Hes my best companion. And if you trip and fall, he'll be right there, to see if you are injured enough that he can start on the tender parts...

. I had only kept it originally because Sears is a great place to shop for major purchases. Yes it is. But you must watch the sales and use the no interest option. I recently bought a craftsman snowblower for $599.00 with no interest for 6 mos. (on the card) and have seen the same machine "on sale" lately for $699.00. So, it pays to compare and wait for the "right" sale too.

LOL. I can’t tell you how many times my little buddy has tried to roll me down the steps. And I’m not so sure it’s accidental either.

I wonder how many shyster lawyers have contacted the innocent sisters who just somehow were in the middle of the
"Trampede"?
One mentions her hurt knee twice, and her "I don't know what I am going to ... " comment! The other sister has back and leg pains!
I bet at least one of the sisters has a "slip - fall and Trampede" Lawyer's card on the door of their refrigerator!

I noticed that too. “oh my back” “oh my side” “oh my knee”
I’m surprised they didn’t do the interview in neck braces & wheelchairs.

ROTFLMAO. Actually you owe me a computer screen after that. That was absolutely funny!!!

Leaving them open is better for your credit score though. Not if you don't use them. To maximize your score, leave them open and charge a little on it now and then to show activity. About a month before - one billing cycle - you go for a major purchase, have a small, not zero, balance on as many as possible.
