Most of this story is nothing the liberal NWA Times claiming that out-of wedlock babies from illegals are a good thing and that it's the fault of the US. Food stamp clients in Benton County increased from 14, 431 people in 2004 to 18, 109 last year. Now you know part of the reason why.

So much for the canard that illegal aliens are more family-orientated.

Impossible!
The President and others told us about their great family values.

Illegal Immigration’s Family Breakdown
Human Events
06/05/2007
Republican open-borders advocates tirelessly promote the myth that Hispanics will save the American family from the rising tide of illegitimacy and disintegration. None of these myth-makers has spent any time, it would appear, in the Los Angeles Unified School District, undoubtedly the most illegal alien-impacted school district in the county. (snip)

It references Heather McDonald’s work showing that “Hispanic Family Values” were a crock (for this generation at least) and that most 1st generation illegals offspring were living La Vida Loca rather than becoming fine, upstanding salt-of-the-earth citizens.
Heather also referenced L.A. murder warrants for illegals, emergency room stats and H.S. dropout rates. It did not back up Republican airy-fairy assumptions about immigrant behavior.
Linda Chavez decided to arrogantly pooh-pooh Ms. McDonald’s figures in print without bothering to actually check them, as a result her stock has done an Enron ‘mongst us conservatives.

Us, as Mexicans, we take the responsibility of having the child even if we dont have the partner, she said. You have a partner Maria, you have your hand in my wallet.

The Bush administration also makes the connection: Preventing out-of wedlock pregnancies is a key to its $ 100 million healthy marriage strategy for curbing welfare. What a joke. $100 million for what? You can't stop these people from screwing each other. Stop them from screwing America in the first place by defending our borders.
You could hire 2,000 border agents for one year with that same money.

It is not just illegal females that are doing this. Mexican Americans that have been Americans for generations are too. Wifey hired one. Twenty years old, two kids out of wedlock with same guy. She couldn’t make too much money because it would kick her off welfare.
Her shack-up worked a job making 15+ hour plus overtime. She made 9.00 and could not make more than that. PO’d wifey and waited until justifiable termination arose.
This crap is happening here in a town of 100,000 by the thousands every year and the taxpayers gotta pay for it. They now the rules of the game and they have an underground network that teaches how to play.

...double the rate for white, non-Hispanic mothers in the county. The statistics mirror national trends that have the attention of advocates of all persuasions. ...
The Bush administration also makes the connection: Preventing out-of wedlock pregnancies is a key to its $ 100 million healthy marriage strategy for curbing welfare.
That sort of slaps down GW's insistence on family values as the reason he has pushed comprehensive immigration (a.k.a., amnesty for illegals).

Well, at least theres one good thing in all of this. At least I don't have to travel to Arkansas everytime I get paid and hand my money out to these people.
I have the Federal Gubmint to do that for me.

government subsidizes these births by providing food, heatlhcare, housing, and cash to these mothers. eliminate the welfare state and these ‘cultural’ phenomenas will turn out to be economic phenomenas.
