It's a Twofer! Can we go for a hat trick and find that, in addition to upsetting illegals and animals, it also causes Global Warming?

>”Right now we have a ‘one fence fits all philosophy’ coming from Washington DC. And unfortunately ‘one fence fits all’ doesn’t fit in this terrain,” Grijalva says.

LOL!! Last laugh of the day! Grijalva?

Now I wonder what type of fence would make her happy, then?

None?

The enviros shouldn’t be allowed to buy or own anything that contains anything from a mine, well, or forest.

Let them starve, freeze, and die in the buff!

Border fence upsets environmentalists socialists

It has nothing to do with environmentalism. It has everything to do with socialists trying to destroy our democratic republic with a strong centralized socialist form of government. The environment is just one of many methods they use to advance their cause.

the reason the enviro-left is upset is that they were COUNTING on environmental excuse law to delay delay delay the fence. Since the fence is exempt from such legal fluff tactics, the left has been trumped by common sense.

So the animals have to find another way around the fence. They’ll ADAPT.

Remember how the Envro-morons said that the oil pipeline was going to cause havoc with the wildlife in Alaska? Well, they were wrong there, too, weren’t they? The animals ADAPTED.

Liberal man seems to be the only animal which cannot adapt.

A group of people concerned for the environment toured the border near Sierra Vista to see the newly constructed border fence.

A lie right from the start. I'll bet anyone a cold beer that the great majority of these people are not "environmentalists" in any sense of the word. Rather, they are using their trumped-up concerns as a means of advancing their agenda.

A more commonplace example of false environmentalism is ongoing near my home in Union County, NC (Charlotte burbs). A badly needed freeway has been held up for nearly a decade because of a supposedly endangered species -- a freshwater mussel known as the "Carolina Heelsplitter" which lives in several creeks the freeway would traverse or displace. Now, does anyone really think the anti-freeway "environmentalists" are concerned with the wellbeing of a handful of freshwater mussels? Not likely. They're using these poor mollusks because they don't want a freeway nearby.

Faux environmentalism. It's a common NIMBY tool, used to stop economic development, and now to stop common-sense national security measures, and it's become an epidemic.

b.s.

if they were concerned about the environment,

then they’d been outraged by the trash left by

illegals crossing the desert.

""We're concerned about effects on hydrology. There's concern riverbeds may shift because of all these structures and increased sedimentation," Clark says."

Horseshit.

This guy Clark have any idea how much annual rainfall there is around that part of Arizona?
Annual rainfall for Sierra Vista isn't much over 12 inches - how is the "hydrology" of that going to be affected?

And what "river" is he thinking of that has any actual water in it?

______

Congress gave Chertoff the power to waive environmental and other laws to build border barriers when it passed the REAL ID Act in 2005.

Maybe they should impale all environmentalists on stakes and use them to line the southern borders.

It'll serve as a nice double duty of getting rid of those wackos who are screwing the country with their sci-fi environmental nonsense (frivolous lawsuits, laws and other rulings) while scaring off those illegals who want to cross into the USA.

The left has Rudy Giuliani on their side. He’ll take care of their concerns with a virtual fence that’ll stop no one but virtual illegal aliens.
