This guy Clark have any idea how much annual rainfall there is around that part of Arizona?
Annual rainfall for Sierra Vista isn't much over 12 inches - how is the "hydrology" of that going to be affected?

And what "river" is he thinking of that has any actual water in it?

It’s all tied to the San Pedro River and you can bet the Center for BioDiversity is stirring the pot along with the Sierra Club.
