I didn't watch the debate, but I'm afraid you're right. That explains why the Post had to dredge up the last debate's scandal, because there was nothing obvious in this debate to get a handle on.

She did not do much better than before except she got the one quote-line in about being smeared like Republicans do. If the whole exchange is played she is obviously labeling slight variations in opinion from her own Received Wisdom as Republican-style Smear Job. MSM only plays what she said so the planted assumption is that everyone was being unfair and vitriolic to her. She definitely Won The Debate as far as anyone who only sees the MSM recap would know.I exxpected that the Clintons would get control of the debate and I was not disappointed.

That machine already has a tremendous amount of political power, enough that I wonder if they think they can lose the popular vote and the Electoral count and still grab the Presidency. What forces will they think they have ready to go on Election Day +1. Is it possible to have the wetbacks mobilized? all 40 million of them? What arrangements might they have with the Wahhabists among us? with Iran?

Hillary is one of the two key members of an organization known as the Clinton crime family. That said, I would not sell her short as a skilled politician, she can run circles all around this sorry field of Democrats. Hillary may have flip flopped, but she skillfully gave a one word politically popular answer to a question that got her in trouble, while Obama stumbled all over himself with way too many words on question that gave him some hope from the last debate. No was the correct answer and Hillary got it right the second time, Obama moronically tried to change the question, and his resulting answer was even worse than if he had uttered the one word answer yes.
