Texas 2 ping!
If you want on, or off this S. Texas/Mexico ping list, please FReepMail me.
What Sutton isn’t saying is that these charges stem from the drug bust that was not told to the defense at the BP trial, he is now prosecuting two years later.
“On or about sept 2005”
Sutton is merely trying to cover his assets....

“Ortiz-Hernandez said he was able to make the identification because Aldrete-Davila lifted his shirt to show him the catheter inserted by a U.S. Army doctor at Beaumont Medical Center in El Paso. Aldrete-Davila was treated at government expense for the gunshot wound he suffered in the initial Feb. 17, 2005, encounter with Ramos and Compean, who shot at him as he abandoned a vehicle loaded with drugs and fled on foot back into Mexico.
Ortiz-Hernandez reportedly in a wheelchair at the time of the DEA interview reciprocated by showing Aldrete-Davila his own catheter. “
LOL!!! Oh my, drug runnin’ is kind of hard on the body, isn’t it boys?
The crime is that Ramos and Compean are in jail and Johnny Sutton isn’t.
Sutton is apparently trying to cover his a$$.
WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEES
Johnnny cant get him out of this....
HANG HIM HIGH AND OUT TO DRY...
This damage control orchestrated by the scumbag Sutton is too transparent for words.
Johnny (Nifong) Sutton finally got around to prosecuting the criminal. I guess he’s taking a break from railroading BP agents and Deputies.
Not disclosing this information to Compean and Ramos is a major Brady violation that requires the court to vacate their convictions.
All their attorneys have to do is go to the District Court Judge and file a motion to vacate the convictions. It makes no difference that their appeals may or may not have been upheld. Sutton committed fraud upon the court and the trial judge can vacate the convictions on his own without forcing the defendants to go to the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
