I’ve got a half a mind that we should help Juan Carlos take Latin America back.

Now I think that Juan Carlos should follow up by flipping Chavez the bird.

What’s Spanish for “I’ve got your apology right here” (whilst grabbing his royal crotch). I hope the King of Spain publically laughs in Chavez’s face.

And Spain’s diplomats are working feverishly to smooth over the exchange. Why do Western countries so often reflexively try to appease? Chavez is a school yard bully and will keep pushing until someone stops him.

Poor Hugo has been disrespected, LOL!
Real disrespect will be when one of his countrymen give him a third eye, he won’t have to be concerned about an apology for that.

I love this:
"The king lost it," Chavez said at a political rally late Tuesday night. "He should say, '... I, the king, confess, I was beside myself, I made a mistake.' "
The bully got his feelings hurt. How sad.

The international incident took place last Saturday at a political summit in Chile, during which time the king interrupted a Chavez name-calling rant by leaning across the conference table and yelling, "Why don't you just shut up?" LOL... hehehehe...
WAY TO GO, Your Highness!
Is there video of that anywhere?

I think President Bush should present the King with a medal of freedom or something fitting for standing up to a Marxist dictator.

Exactly, the “verbal slap” was administered after Chavez interrupted the Socialist PM of Spain’s speech and called previous Spanish PM Aznar (a conservative) a “fascist.” Somehow that didn’t make the story. Chavez can call folks “fascist” but can’t take it? Hugo, you aren’t all you think you are.
