Sounds like a good opportunity to field test some of the sonic non-lethal riot control apparatus. Maybe we’ll get to hear more about robotic dragon flies or whatever else was odd about a protest a while back.

I don’t think it was ready mix, I think it was bagged cement, not very formidable to a 200 ton locomotive and how many freight cars, messy, just hose it away.

I agree it is a crime and it should be aggressively prosecuted.

“It is rather cold there this time of year isn’t it?............

Not really. November is rather mild in Washington. Wet & cool, but very rarely do we get a good winter blast this early, and when we do they don’t come close to the winters back East. The low this morning was about 30, with daytimes highs near 50.

I meant human garbage. Humane and this filth don’t belong in the same sentence.

There is a difference between people who peacefully disagree with the war and people who actively disrupt the government's effort to prosecute said war. The former are engaging in their God-given rights to disagree with the government, the latter are traitors who are providing aid and comfort to the enemy.

Every single person who disrupts military activity by blocking shipments, pouring concrete on railroad tracks, or whatever else, is a traitor and must be prosecuted as such. These people do not deserve to be Americans.

A National Guard unit outfitted with baseball bats would seem in order..............

A National Guard unit outfitted with bayonets would be better.

Ha haaaa! Gorgeous. Although as a former UF student, I wonder if UFPD wouldn’t be a bit TOO brutal.

..."I think I'll organize a protest at that college..I'll propose a "sit in" on the tracks and each protestor has a 50lb. bag of cement taped to their legs...and have Mr McGoo engineer the locomotive....sure there'd be a lot of dust, but just think of the popularity factor for youtube"

Re: Pouring cement on train tracks:

And they are supposedly doing this in the name of “peace”. What a joke.

The “peace” movement has gotten to a point where I would not be surprised if someone was killed by them.

today's 'Lympians
action

Local activists will carpool to Seattle Saturday to protest the war in Iraq as part of Oct. 27 National Day of Action

~ * ~
A carpool will leave at 9:30 a.m. from Red Square at The Evergreen State College. Carpools also will depart at 10 a.m. from the artesian well in downtown Olympia, the parking lot at the corner of Division Street and Harrison Avenue, and the Martin Way park and ride lot. A free bus ride also will be available.

=========================================

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the gathering place on this campus is called RED SQUARE.

Most of this humane garbage are Evergreen State College students who, believe it or not, have classes where you get credit for protesting.

If they get arrested during the protest do they get a B? And if they get a nightstick upside the head during the arrest do they get a B+?

Sounds like we need the GOE boys to keep the trucks moving!

Seriously, though... how long until the abject lunacy and treason displayed by the American left causes ordinary Americans to react... violently? I have had just about enough of idiocy like this. My guess is that I’m not alone. If the US government won’t do it’s job to prosecute treason, people will begin to step up on their own... just like on our southern border.

"...Didn’t a locomotive mow down a protester in those parts a few years back?..."

You are thinking of Concord, CA. Hippy got his legs cut clear off.

Police have implicated him in other, recent protest crimes, but they aren't worried; they say he won't get far on foot!

Andy Duarte

Poor Andy... he doesn't yet have a cool, liberal fantasyland, ubername like his (self-imagined) rockstar superhero friends. It's ok, Andy... you'll get one some day.
