A Freeper, ruoflaw, has been having trouble breathing since August. She was sick in bed and using a nebulizer. She wasn't getting better and by October they were doing x-rays and biopsies. The x-ray had found a shadow in the upper left lobe of her left lung. She has been undergoing tests since October. Ruoflaw just told me that it's cancer and has spread to the right lung. They did another biopsy on Friday and she should know by Monday what type of cancer it is. She's very weak and tired. Please pray for her.
Prayers sent.
Prayers to Our Great Physician continue.
Prayers offered for Ruoflaw.
Update; I just spoke with Ruoflaw/Paulette. It’s definately cancer and in both lungs. She was told today that it is inoperable. Paulette sees the oncologist on Wednesday. They will decide then what course of action to take.
Done! Best of luck to her and her loved ones.
I join in urgent prayer for you, Ruoflaw!
Prayers on the way.
Continuing prayers.
Ruoflaw, I know the power of prayer can heal. I’ll be praying hard for you. And may God send His angels to comfort you, while He heals you.
Prayers lifted...
“Inoperable” does not necessarily mean untreatable. Cancer treatment has come a long way in a short time. Radiation is more accurately targeted toward the cancer cells. Chemotherapy is more specialized toward the specific cancer. There are lung transplants. There are clinical trials which go beyond the traditional treatments. Essiac tea and other dietary aids can be integrated into your treatment plan.

Find a cancer center that’s ready, willing and able to fight as hard as you are.
You’ll be in my prayers, while you fight this battle. Surround yourself with people who help you, and trust in God’s plan.
I didn't get a date for starting the treatment. I will have to call her again.
Thank you so much for that update. I’m praying real hard for ruoflaw. I know how devastating this news can be, and how hard it is to absorb it. It’s scary, and the available information is often sensationalized, making it even scarier. The truth is, stage 3 lung cancer is treatable. It’s going to be a very difficult battle, but it’s a battle that can be won. Prayers help, and we’ll supply those in abundance. If ruoflaw fights as hard for herself as I’ve seen her fight for others, she’ll win. I hope she realizes her own strength, how much she is loved, and how much good effective treatment is available. Prayers going up.
Prayers for mercy from Our Lord and comfort from the Archangels.
Prayer bump
Chemo starts Monday. Paulette will be at the hospital for 8 hours.
As luck would have it, I have plenty of time for prayer on Monday. Hopefully I can send some strength her way.
Thank you for this update. Prayers ongoing.
Thank You so much for starting a prayer thread for me. Knowing that all these wonderful people cared enough to say a prayer for me humbled me and gave me the courage to fight against the odds.
The doctor told us earlier this week that I am doing much better than was expected at this point. I believe I have everyone of you to thank because I do believe that God hears our prayers. I want you all to know that I am enjoying each moment of every day and I thank each and every one of you for taking time out to pray for me.
