"Your Majesty, after the Madrid bombing, your country capitulated to the Moors once again."

That was actually the Moops, Bubbleboy...

It seems that the further we get from the original invasion date, more and more of those who were most vocal in their condemnation of our action are deciding that perhaps this reorganization in the region is not such a bad thing....

Witness the recent elections in Germany and France where pro U.S. candidates have won...

Perhaps the Spaniards are also seeing that their original asessment of the situation was wrong....

I think it was his grandfather, and in Spain there is a difference between jews and conversos, which is what grandpa was. Look deep enough in nearly any Spanish family and you find conversos lurking. Both sides of his family were Catholic, and he was pretty hard core about it himself. If you visit his tomb, you get a real feel for that aspect of his character.

Spain still has a king??

I did not know this. Very interesting. I would’ve thought the royalty of spain had ceased to exist after napoleon and the spanish civil war.

I have always respected Spain. I haven’t always agreed with the policies it has embraced, or its political bent (like its present socialist government), but Spain has contributed some very great things to the world, and we enjoy and appreciate its many gifts and accomplishments.

Isn’t this the same king who is part of the European carpetbaggers gang that is trying to use our eminent domain laws to take land from 1,000,000 Americans to build the superhighway - the same superhighway that is ushering in the North American Union - the same North American Union whose laws will trump our Supreme Court?

I’m sure Chavez has learned his lessons well from his mentor
Fidel.
Yes lots of funny things happen in South, Central America and the Caribbean.
But Fido, I mean Fidel has lasted HOW many of our presidents?

The king of Spain told Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez to "shut up" Saturday...

I would love to have seen Huge-O's facial reaction at that point. :-)

Mmmmmmmm. Not quite, but it works for me.

I’m kinda fond of the words “Cabron” and “Maricon”.

Still, Puto is OK.

That jerk makes me so angry.

Your Majesty, after the Madrid bombing, your country capitulated to the Moors once again. We appreciate your sentiment, but you no longer speak for your Socialist Dhimmi nation ........... I don’t argue that Juan Carlos isn’t a good man. I simply acknowledge the fact he is a powerless monarch of a nation that has willingly surrendered to the Caliphate.

A slim majority of Spanish voters did surrender to the Caliphate during their last election.

However, before we bash Spain too much on that point, we should consider that a slim majority of our own voters in the USA also surrendered to the Caliphate in our last Congressional election.

In the next Presidential election, those same American voters may very well finish the job.

I’d tell Chavez to put a bullet through his own head, the sooner the better. However, I’ll still give the King an “A” for effort. :-)
