When she first went missing and the story was being discussed I though “wow, what a shocking similarity in the names.”.

George Joseph Smith

But local prosecutors are taking another look at the 2004 death of his third wife, Kathleen Savio, who drowned in a bathtub after the couple had divorced.

Savio’s sister, Sue Doman, said Savio expressed fear of Drew Peterson.

“She told me all the time, ‘He’s gonna kill me. It’s gonna look like an accident,’ “ Doman said.

Any word on how the investigation into his 3rd wife's death is going?

It was ruled an accidental bathtub drowning....but now that this has happened they are looking into it.

According to the headline, the cop has had four wives disappear. Odd.

A realtive of mine was a young woman when she was married to a much older policeman.

She described her married life as "one long surveillance with me as the subject."

I'll point out that while she may or may not have decided to leave him to be with another man, it is unlikely that she would have left without the children - especially children that age.

I know many on your ANS list are from the old Lacy Peterson and other Murder Mystery Cases.

Ping if you please.

"... he was following her around 24/7, even inside the house,"

My Yorkie does this all the time, then he stares at me...very annoying...

This a local story. The only reason we are hearing about it is because no celebrities have been to jail, gotten arrested, or had their kids taken away this week and the ambulance chasing media is short on material. They got tons of mileage out of Lacy Peterson so why not refry the same pot of beans?

Someone wake me when we get back to important issues.
