Investigators said nine men were arrested Thursday night in a Sears department store men's room located in the Volusia Mall. "These men would go into the men's room and they would tap their feet, zip their zipper, make all kinds of noises and even reach under the stall," Daytona Beach Police Chief Mike Chitwood said.

"The undercover officer told me he actually tried to come under the stall, where he was actually looking up at the undercover officer while he was performing his act," Chitwood said. A 70-year-old man was also arrested during the 10-hour sex sting, police said.
"The bothering thing is that you are coming up on the Christmas season, so you are out there shopping in the mall and your kid wants to run to the bathroom, you have a bunch of sick, degenerate, vile perverts in there doing their thing," Chitwood said. Officers said the sting was prompted by tips from mall security.
"Of course, everybody denies, (and says) 'It wasn't us,'" Chitwood said. "We certainly didn't go there and entice anybody, and we didn't put an ad out."
I know. I remember when my niece was younger. She and her friend came to visit me in Las Vegas. We had a mall up the street. I let them go up there for a couple of hours. When I arrived to pick them up at the appointed timw; they were not there; so I immediately parked and went in and paged them. They came and were embarrased that I paged them; but they were safe.
If they had not come; I would have tracked them down.
I was using the general term, not the specific. Pardon the misunderstanding.
Sadly, I have yet to be Blessed with a wife and family and so I can't make a suggestion based upon personal experience. However, I would first of course suggest asking one of your neighborhood police officers for suggestions....they may be familiar with a solution that's appropriate for your specific situation.
I'm wondering also if there might be a technology-based solution? Some cell phones have a walkie-talkie function, and there may be a kid's phone with a 'panic button' of sorts on it. I haven't researched this issue due to it not impacting me personally, but I'll bet that a local 'mega cellphone shop' will know if something like that is available...after all, they would love to sell it to you :-)
This statement is hateful and intolerant. Off to rehab for treatment you go, Mr. Chitwood. When you come back, you will accept that this is just another lifestyle choice in no way of less value or greater than any other lifestyle, marriage included. (sarc)
I’m thinking that either you were on Candid Camera or she was doing this for an audience of her friends who were snickering nearby.
Or maybe she just really liked you a lot.

You have my heartfelt sympathy. Hopefully their address is quite far away from your own.
Fascination, huh?
Probably because they use that portion for their thrills.
Disgusting.
From the story I posted, note the prior arrests for perversion on a couple of the perps.
You could tell your daughter that some people aren’t blessed with a pretty face or a quick mind, so they try to distract you... ;^)
“Remind me not to tap my feet, zip my zipper, or make noises “in a public rest room.”
Do female homos do this too?
For now, I’ll play it safe.
It is. I'm in central florida, they are in Toronto.

LMAO! Yes, the Chief of Police is obviously guilty of a Hate Crime :-) It seems that the police will need to prosecute themselves once again :-)

What are you doing in Florida?
Beating feet and zipping zippers...no doubt the bathroom is right outside the mall food court. Nah, nothing to see here.
Oh I was only kidding. I didn’t think you meant ME lmao ~Pandy~
He has repeatedly shown that he is above the law, and he is wealthy enough to afford whatever sort of 'boytoy' he might like without having to resort to these bathroom antics that more 'mainstream perverts' rely upon.
I'm noticing that a web search with keyword phrases such as "kids emergency cellphone" delivers lots of potential options. Be warned, however, that some of the product reviews of these items at Amazon include negative reviews by people who didn't read the instructions and don't understand how a "pay as you go" phone program works. As usual, just because somebody CAN write a review at Amazon doesn't mean that it's based upon a coherent, thoughtful user's experience :-)
