I saw him sing The Impossible Dream at Fenway Park on Opening Day. He still sounded good. Glad I saw him.

I liked the commercial he did where the theme was something like, “when you fall asleep at work, some say Robert Goulet comes and messes with your things.”

Sad to hear that he died.
Sadder to think that his wealth couldn’t get him more choices - that’s the whole point of BEING wealthy.

Very sad. He was a good sport - especially when he made fun of himself in commercials.

Like retired actors who live off their residuals are something special in LA. RIP guy from my childhood.
To: 2ndDivisionVet
Aw, I hate to hear that. I was hoping to see him in more of those Blue Diamond nut commercials. Robert Goulet sings
"Sunrise, Sunset".

Oh if only someone had offed themselves and donated their organs. For someone this important shouldn’t the government just be able to take donor organs at will?

Then why did he marry Carol Lawrence???? Broke my heart.

Seemed like a decent guy. Of course living up here in Lewiston, Maine I have heard stories about his infamous version of the National Anthem at the Liston Clay fight. But, nevertheless, God bless him and his family.
To: RightWingMama
He claims it was a shotgun wedding, and Carol had great aim.
