Hmmmm I am not accusing but didn’t Christ warn of those coming in His name but deceivers??? Should not be difficult to discern if they are ‘twisting’ the Bible.

I was never fond of Shuller’s style, he always played on the emotions.

Not everyone is thrilled about this meeting of the minds. Some, including Christian author and former New Age devotee Warren Smith, suspect an agenda to subvert the church – to take the focus off biblical truth and absolutes.

I completely agree with Mr. Smith's statement above. This is not a diverse group at all, their intention is to destroy the church as we have known it. Their intention is to destroy the religious right. These people are all global elitists & that ain't a good thing.

The Apostle Paul wrote “test all things; hold fast to that which is good” (1 Thess. 5:21).

Robert Schuller, as well as the many other “Word Faith” Ministers teaching the “Gospel of Success”, the “Gospel of Positive Thinking”. have been leading people astray for many years.

Here is a quote of Schuller, “If you lead people to believe that by the power of their mind they can become rich and change their life, and if in fact that doesn’t happen, not only are they going to feel frustration but also more guilt for not having enough faith”.

I have heard for myself out of the mouth of one of our Seattle area Word Faith ministers, Casey Treat, say this, “The more rich you are, the more blessed by God you are.” and then he went on to say that if you are not rich, if you are struggling with your finances, you better examine your relationship with God.

That’s a pretty scary guest list, particularly Mrs. Warren, Larry King, and Murdoch.

Ben Stein will appear.

It really doesn't matter what Stein says. What he DOES is support radical left wing candidates with his money.

Christ Died for Mankind’s Negative Self-Image Says Dreamer Robert Schuller

Published October 30th, 2007 by Ken Silva in Seeker Sensitive, Apostasy, False Prophets, New Evangelicalism

Here is Robert Schuller from his travesty of a book Self-Esteem: The New Reformation:

If only we could love ourselves enough to dare to approach God, what constructive dreams he would give us! What noble possibilities God wants to reveal to us–possibilities that would offer stimulation plus real security in service. But we feel too unworthy. So one layer of negative behavior is laid upon another until we emerge as rebellious sinners. But our rebellion is a reaction, not our nature. By nature we are fearful, not bad.

Original sin is not a mean streak; it is a nontrusting inclination. The core of original sin, then is LOT–Lack of Trust. Or, it could be considered an innate inability to adequately value ourselves. Label it a "negative self-image," but do not say that the central core of the human soul is wickedness. If this were so, then truly, the human being is totally depraved. But positive Christianity does not hold to human depravity, but to human inability. I am humanly unable to correct my negative self-image until I encounter a life-changing experience with nonjudgmental love bestowed upon me by a Person whom I admire so much that to be unconditionally accepted by him is to be born again. (66,67, emphasis mine)

(above excerpt taken from www.christianresearchnetwork.com)

Given Schuller's outright heresy, why would any Christian leader associate with him?
