( Vote for the Arsenal of Democracy, because America RUNS on Duncan!)
To: upsdriver
Heretic! You must repent for your kind remark about McCain.
To: RatsDawg
Did anyone else laugh, and clap when McCain said he looked in Putins eyes and saw 3 letters, KGB? Yes, I did! I also laughed out loud when he was talking about Woodstock & said he missed it because he was "tied up" at the time.
I don't care who you are, that was funny!

Quite frankly, I heard a lot of good things from all candidates. Too bad we couldn’t amalgamate them all into one. Sigh.......

The tort reform question being answered by a DOJ lawyer who never worked the civil arena is a joke.
BTW folks,
The right to a jury is evaporating on the civil side as binding arbitration is taking hold. (see stockbroker agreements)
In addition, most private contracts now have loser pays clauses. It is VERY unusual for not having an attorney’s fee clause in contracts.
What we need is a reform where the ACLU does not always get paid win or lose in civil cases.

Thopson is speaking just like a grandfather.
He is working the outsider angel.
Hanity has not asked on the Federal Marriage Amendment to Thompson. He wants to leave the weasel answer to Giuliani. (the one who has the identical views as Giuliani)
Rich! he just told colmes to tune in!

To: George W. Bush
Got FRed with “he blocked tort reform over and over voting along with the democrats”....FRed just passed along his “states rights” excuse again, with a LAME comeback, which handed Rootie an easy rebuttal.

I am a faithful supporter of Fred too and I thought he did very well tonight. I especially liked his answer to the “lazy” question they keep trotting out. He is hardly lazy. Go Fred

The hatred for Rudy has got to end. It will - the day his campaign disbands. Until then, well I don't hate the man. I have utter contempt for him due to his positions and his attempts to outslick Willie
