OK Murdoch is not a conservative in the truest sense of the word.

He is however a capitalist businessman who knows to expand his empire he must play both sides of the street to get what he wants.

But he knows, far more than other media moguls, what you have to do to get what you really want.

If you had only one media stock in your portfolio, would you rather have News Corporation or New York Times?

It's in the running, for sure. I'm still trying to get the point of his shtick. Is he supposed to be playing a conservative who happens to be an idiot? He doesn't even try to make fun of actual conservative politics.Don't you actually have to include a little truth in parody?

Well, I guess the bar isn't too high for the Bush Deranged crowd.

“So where are the elected pubbies to condemn this action?”

They’ve been castrated by the Media and the attack dogs of the nutroots on the left.

They have more fear of getting smeared by MoveOn.org than they have spinal fluid to stand up and defend a man who helped put them where they are today.

I guess he’s supposed to be like Michael Scott from the Office, except for the funny part.

These were not freebies you had to buy them but they were designed basically for the owners/managers of confectionery shops to either buy for themselves or buy and display as part of the advertising in the own shops but they most certainly were not provided free of charge.

Also dad managed to get things from the wholesalers that normally would only be sold to the big stores in London or special orders from regular clients.

One year he got to what were like massive tins one layer thick of Cadbury’s milk tray with diameter of the tin being about a foot and half and on the outside was a picture of London at the time of the great fire. It was indented in the tin and looked like an expensive piece of art work. We had it on our wall for years.

I nominate Bahbah for an award this week.

For he/she? has been right about everything.

If Colbert is trying to imitate Pat Paulsen of years past (anyone remember him?) he needs to go back to the drawing board.

Talking about the Israeli airstrike on CNN.

Hoekstra and Harmon are whining about not being in the loop on this.

Ding! Ding! Ding!

We have a winner, that is exactly what he is about. Specifically he is modelling his character on that well known 'conservative' Bill O'Reilly.

Dems are hoping for a third party in the form of RINO Ron Paul going independent and trying to pull another Perot on the Republican party.

Unfortuneately for Dr. No...his five supporters that continually spam the internet won’t help him a bit.

Only the media and those five supporters think Paul has a change at splitting the vote.

Good grief, Biden really thinks he is a capable guy with a great mind and that his plan to split up Iraq is the next best thing to sliced bread.

Bill has descended so far into self-parody that he hardly needs Colbert.

That’s why Colbert is so unfunny. You can’t parody a parody.
