Guillermo is a pig, pure scum and human garbage. So are all the people who walked by and did nothing for this dog.
I'd like to see the same thing done to Guillermo.
I thought people in Philly were bad a number of years ago, when they walked by a pigeon, stuck in tar on a hot pavement in the middle of a very humid summer day. And yes I did help the pigeon. He got the best of care at University of Penn Veterinary hospital.

That is what I can’t understand, or even comprehend. They just walked by...and did nothing...
Not only what has become of artists, but what has become of the art-going public?
Desensitized to the ‘real’ world.

It might not hurt to contact the Hondurans anyway, since that is where the exposition will be held. Honduran President
Manuel Zalaya is a rancher and a noted horseman. This probably won't sit well with him at all.

I always thought th famous Abu Ghraib photo, where the guy is dressed up in a sort of KKK looking gown with wires on the hands looked staged, like some nutty "ar-teest" did it to get money from the NEA. Perhaps the Abu Ghraib soldiers should have just called their work "Art", the libs would have ate it up, right?
