I am sorry about Timber, also. What a beautiful creature.

You didn't make me sad...they're very good memories. When I first brought him home as a pup, we lived underneath a civil defense alarm that was tested every Saturday at noon and he began to howl to it...it was very easy to get him to howl on command, and getting him to do it to Zevon's refrain was quite simple. It was really hilarious and he was just enough of a ham to performing it with me in werewolf costume.

Like Zevon himself, the great ones always go before their time.

I’ve still got a hole where “the one dog” used to be.

I’ve learned to love again but it still aches.

I got the folks all roweled up now LoL.

Seriously, if we could get this idea in the main forum like the Freeps Ahoy cruises, we could make it work.

Yep...in Timber’s case it’s a 107 lb. hole. I still have Ranger (the little one in some of my profile pics), but Timber was our adult supervision...

LOL! I have yet to see The Little Mermaid all the way through. When my niece was little I’d put it on at bedtime and turn it off when she fell asleep. Then the next time, we had to start at the beginning....we never picked up where we left off.
