Sources close to Cross Action News confirm that due to the current situation at Oral Roberts University Victory Christian Center Pastor Billy Joe Daugherty (Tulsa, OK) will step into the role as interim President. Also confirmed is Oral Roberts himself will return to the university as Chancellor.
